Make sure you follow the advice below to avoid problems.
Please make sure you use the free evaluation version first. You should be able to create, boot and run the software successfully before you purchase. If you have any problems with the process, please ask us for help and allow them to be resolved prior to purchasing the full version. Unless you are familiar with .iso image files, please use our CD burning software in the download section. If you use your own burning software and do not burn the disk correctly, you will not get a properly working disk. Please follow the instructions exactly. Do not glance over them or skip ahead. This usually results in an improperly created boot disk. When you successfully create the evaluation CD, you should have 2 .pdf files on it when you read it from Windows. A license file and a manual file. These 2 files should be just under 1MB. The disk itself should show a total of about 3.5MB used. The password reset files are hidden and you will not be able to see them when reading the disk from Windows. The full version will contain 3 files. The 2 files mentioned above and a CD_FULL.txt file as well. |
