Please note that these rules are being put into effect for three important reasons:

1. Respect for Oliver and James

2. The dignity and reputation of this forum.

3. Respect for the comfort of our members. We want everyone to enjoy the time they spend here.


These rules WILL be applied to offenders. When an offense occurs, the Admin Team will decide wether a warning, suspension or banning of member is most appropriate.


1. All members of this forum are to be 18+. You will be required to provide your DOB in your profile upon registration. In order to be approved for membership you must provide proof of your age.

The Administration Team (Maureen1978, BlackRose, Miss Ambi and Kammy) reserves the right to request proof at any time. Falsification of your profile information will result in termination of your account. If your age/maturity is in question you will be either contacted, warned, or blocked from this site immediately. This site is privately owned and is meant to maintain an exclusive membership and the owner reserves the right to do so as needed.

2. It is FORBIDDEN to register for this forum with the following names: James, Jae, Jimi, Oliver Ollie, Ol or any other name that may give the impression you ARE a Phelps twin. These accounts will be deleted and the user banned, no warning, no explanation and no second chances.

3. Screen names will NOT be changed. The one you register with is the one you keep.

4. Upon registration, all "Newbies" will be put on "Post Approval" for a varying amount of time. When Administration feels you have a firm enough understanding of our rules, the "post approval" action will be lifted.

5. This forum is for fans of Oliver and James Phelps. Derogatory comments towards the twins or anyone associated with them (family, friends, co-stars, etc.) will not be tolerated.

6. Unfortunately, we do not know Oliver and James personally or their management/agent. Their personal information will NOT be provided on this forum. Any posts containing so called "personal information" or claiming knowledge thereof (this includes: home address, home phone number, cell/mobile phone number, email or any other online contact info, where they hang out, who they date or who thier friends are, etc) will be deleted and the poster will be banned.

7. Adult talk is allowed, but please refrain from excessive profanity and graphic sexual references. If you find the twins "hot", say so, it's okay. If you have the urge to detail your desires, find someone who wants to hear it and email them. KEEP IT OFF MY BOARD!!

8. Flaming will not be tolerated. All opinions are welcome here. If you disagree with someone, be respectfull anyway. Attacking, offending, threatening, or posting personal information of a fellow member is inexcuseable. Use of racial/ethnic slurs, negative/malicious religious comments will result in the termination of your account. If you are in a dispute with another board member, report it to a member of the Administration Team, that is what we are here for.

9. Discussion of the twins personal life is allowed but will be CLOSELY monitored. Inappropriate posts, or posts containing slander and/or wild speculation will be deleted at the discretion of the Administration Team and poster will given a 3 day suspension (72 hours). A second offense will get you banned.

10. The same goes for "personal" photos of the twins. We are aware that many are posted on the internet. There is a difference between "personal" and "candid" photos. Photos of/with known girlfriends, friends are not permitted. Such photos will be deleted and the poster given a 3 day suspension (72 hours), as stated above, a 2nd offense will get you banned.

11. The Lounge is the most appropriate place for adult talk, (i.e. personal issues/problems, or anything a member wishes to discuss more privately) Please try to limit such posts to this special reserved area. If at any time a thread appears to be getting "hot", it will be moved to The Lounge, all posters in that thread will be notified. **The Lounge has it's guidelines too. Rule 7 applies to The Lounge as well as "all access" areas of the site.**

12. Entrance to The Lounge will be granted to current members who have achieved "VIP Member" status. This is done by posting a minimum of 150 times (posts in "Fun and Games" thread do NOT count). Also, member must be an active member for at least 2 weeks. When this is done, that member will then have to PM BlackRose and request access. Access will be granted within 12-24 hours (most times sooner). **Remember** The Lounge is a special place for adult talk. Entrance is optional.

13. Spam. What can I say? It's annoying and a huge waste of space. Not to mention disrespectful to the creaters of THIS forum. We are well aware that MANY Phelps fan sites exist, we even belong to some. If you know of another site or fan community, pm the link to ANY member of the Administration Team and we will add it to our links section.

14. NO Netspeak, Leet/1337 or TeenSpeak Allowed. Maybe this should be Rule 1 because for those of us with an education beyond 4th grade, it's annoying. It's "for", not "4"; "great", not "gr8", 'you are', not 'UR'. On the first infraction, you will get a "reminder". Subsequent offenses will be delted and a "Final Warning" will be issued. This is a forum for 18+ and "net/teen speak" does not support this image. In the same vain, pay attention to your spelling. This will be most helpful to members who speak English as a second language.

15. Please stay on topic.(A.K.A. Thread Hijacking) No one wants to click on the pic threads and read two pages of personal chat between other members. Active members are more than welcome to start threads on any topic they like, just please keep such discussions in the approrpriate place (Like the "Off Topic" thread).

16. Please read all forums and threads PRIOR to posting. Perhaps the question or topic you have in mind has already been addressed. Reading the board before posting will prevent the threads from becoming repetitive.

17. Custom Member Titles will be allowed for Hero Members ONLY. Hero Members are members with 500 or more posts. Any member who changes thier title prior to reaching Hero Member status will have it changed back by Administration without warning or further explanation.
