The centre of The System is The Madhouse. But, what is The System? It is said that deep into The Madhouse, at the fourth floor, is a Pokemon that dreams the whole System, and links the minds of every thinking being to The System. So, even being in a world of physical laws, everyone is inside The System.
Pokemon sent to The Box are sent through The System. Think of it as sending data through a computer system. There are possibilities of glitches in The System; for instance, one of your stored Pokemon might try to get back to you, which will result in odd things happening to you, especially if you see something that reminds you of that Pokemon, like another of its species. The things that can happen to such an unfortunate Trainer is: >> He starts to see the Pokemon, but it isn't really there. >> He feels paranoid. >> In his desperate attempts to forget the stored Pokemon, he also starts to forget things reminding of or is connected to that Pokemon. >> The Pokemon takes control of his mind or makes him do things he never intended to, and his personality might be affected. It is often a high-level Pokemon that causes such glitches and therefore they are, when stored in The Box, put at the third or fourth level. |
