Start a new topic with your choice. :)

Remember, you can keep three of your old Kanto pokemon as well, although they will be brought down to Lv. 5 (as will your starter).

When you make a topic, your new profile will contain 2 pokemon. Be sure to update the link in your sig so it points to your Johto profile.

As for the rest of your Pokemon, they will go into a despository center, where they will be kept for later use in other places. This PC will be accessable after completing the Islands Region.
