Recruit Group: Members Posts: 28 Member No.: 477 Joined: 2-July 08	Pok��mon Platinum, to be released in Japan as Pocket Monsters Platinum (�ݥ��åȥ�󥹥��`�ץ��, Poketto Monsut�� Purachina), is an announced title in the Pok��mon series of video games. It will be an enhanced remake of Pok��mon Diamond and Pearl in the same vein as Pok��mon Yellow, Crystal, and Emerald. In May 2008, it was announced on the official Pok��mon website to be slated for an Autumn 2008 release in Japan, although release dates for other regions are currently unknown. In the August 2008 edition of CoroCoro Comic, the release of Platinum was announced to be September 13, 2008. Differences from Diamond and Pearl The game will feature Giratina as its mascot and introduce its Origin Forme (��ꥸ��ե��, Orijin Forumu), as seen in Giratina to Sora no Hanataba: Sheimi. Its initial forme is referred to as its Another Forme (��ʥ��`�ե��, Anaz�� Forumu). The new storyline will involve a disturbance atop Mt. Coronet, as a portal to the "Ruined World" (��֤줿��, Yabureta Sekai) is opened and Sinnoh's climate becomes colder. The trainers have been given new outfits to suit the colder climate. The legendary Pok��mon Shaymin, which will be distributed as part of admitance to the film Giratina to Sora no Hanataba: Sheimi, will also have an alternate forme in Platinum, known as its "Sky Forme" (��ե��, Sukai Forumu), a dual Grass and Flying-type Pok��mon. When traded from Diamond or Pearl to Platinum, Shaymin will transform from its regular Land Forme (��ɥե��, Rando Forumu) into its Sky Forme with the use of a new item in Platinum. It is yet unknown what role Shaymin plays in the story of Platinum. When the special Regigigas that is given out with a pre-order ticket for Giratina to Sora no Hanataba: Sheimi is traded from Diamond or Pearl to Platinum, it activates an event that makes Regice, Regirock, and Registeel available in Platinum. Soldier Group: Members Posts: 139 Member No.: 413 Joined: 11-November 07	I hear this is going to be VERY good. Hopefully the Pokemon scene will get moving again when Platinum in released. Also, the five sillhouettes will be released with Platinum so let's look forward to that!
