I do agree these games should be rated Adults Only as anything less would mislead naive parents to the games content. These are not games for young kids.

That's insane it's no worse than a R-rated movie. I don't see how a game rated M for 17 and over is misleading or for kids. The only games that get Adults Only ratings are porn games.
