OK, so we have 5 years to prepare for that, and they can't say that they weren't warned.

I think the response will probably be like the Millenium bug response, but on a much lesser scale... lots of forewarning and some doomsaying, and then lots of procrastination followed by last minute fixes/workarounds and a big pffft.
