I have been looking for a freeware satellite tracking program. Any suggestions on which one is the best?
Orbitron - Satellite Tracking System Gpredict Satscape Satellite Tracking Software Index Another list of Satellite Tracking Software I had no idea there were so many programs. |

Lol, I had no idea this sort of stuff would be useful to "UFO hobbyist and even astrologers."
Hey, if the planets influence our destiny, why not satellites? Sure, they are smaller, but a lot closer! "Hey, babe! what's your satellite sign?" Sorry, all kidding aside, I didn't even know these programs existed, let alone used any. |

Heh- not to sound gauche, but I don't do satellltes...
Tried an excercise in observing the ISS and the shuttle- and that didn't go well, so we gave up on observational tracking. They're too small to find with binoculars and too fast to track conveniently (or accurately enough) with an ameteur-grade telescope. At least that's been my experience. YMMV. ![]() |

Ok, thanks. I don't use them either but someone sent me a link to one and I wanted to check it out. I guess I will be downloading a few dozen apps.
