Is there any truth to this guy Frantz's claims that of the LPO's "19 generation projects, six are already complete and nine are sending power to the electricity grid?"

And even if true, notice how vague he is. Just because the projects are 'complete' does not mean they will work and as for the nine that are 'sending power", okay, but how much are they sending and how much are they costing? I'd really love it get more info about this.

I also find his other claims equally questionable, and notice he refers only to the money that went to bankrupt companies and ignores failing, underachieving and mediocre companies in order to minimize how failed the LPO "Green Energy" program really is.

His claims are all meaningless. They could be online and sending power but at what cost? What are the subsidies? The only way Solar is currently being used anywhere but in calculators is if it is heavily subsidized or government mandated. I would also want to know how much standby power is required for when they cannot produce enough to keep up with demand.

That was my reaction too. What is the cost and what more efficient and better energy sources did they crowd out so "green" energy could provide whatever power they are supposedly producing?
You could probably do a whole section in the Anti-Green Energy Resource on the bankruptcies and stupidities of BO's beloved "alternative" energy loan program.

In regards to the DoE's "protection" of our money, from everything I've read and seen we ain't getting much of the money from Solyndra back and Abound Solar isn't looking too good either.

Hey Frantz, some success story the GEI is, huh?

And about those vaunted taxpayer protections?
