[Phantom]

The weak sun rose from behind the hills and made its way towards the sky. Phantom stood on one of those hills, looking up at the orange sky. It was beautiful, and such beauty is hard to find nowadays. Phantom put out the fire he used to cook breakfast (a piece of mountain lion meat and some bread) and looked to the east. There stood the towering Mammoth Peak, the tallest peak in the world. Few ever scaled the peak, but Phantom was going to make history, for he was going to conquer it.

Phantom packed up his stuff and put his oxygen mask back on. He threw away his junk and left his small campsite. It was dawn, and Phantom estimated that by nightfall, he would be at the base of Mammoth Peak, which was some twenty miles away. If he was going to do twenty miles a day, it would take him a week to get to the top, but he only brought enough food for five days. Back to hunting, he thought to himself, this is going to be fun. Smiling, Phantom continued onwards.

[Lord Sendokaze]

A small helicopter made its way through the canyons towards Mammoth Peak. Inside, James turned on the heater, for the temperature outside was some 34 degrees F. Damn it is cold, he thought to himself, why in the world did I accept this mission?.

His mission was to fly to Mammoth Peak and check to see whether there are mineral deposits there. Why couldn't they send a droid over? Cursing to himself, James turned the helicopter east, and the tall mountain came into view. Now all he has too do is to find a suitable landing spot.

[Phantom]

Phantom was silently climbing the steep peaks when he head a helicopter overhead. It was small, probably a one-seater, with Imperial markings all over it. Phantom quickly dived behind a rock and hid, but the pilot didn't see him and kept piloting the chopper forward. When it was out of site, Phantom just went back to climbing, still thinking why a government helicopter was here.

[Lord Sendokaze]

James continue to pilot the helicopter around the peak, looking for a landing place. However the 70mph cold winds were too much for the fragile helicopter to handle. The engines and the wires froze and the helicopter began failing. It went into a spin, spiraling at 100 mph at Mammoth Peak.

Inside, James pull his cold suit tighter around him. This suit was just a normal shirt, but the strange material it was composed of can insult the body even when temperatures went below freezing. James then put on a snow coat and a parka and opened the chopper doors.

He jumped, minutes before the helicopter crashed into the side of the hill, exploding and causing a small avalanche. James managed to avoid it. Wiping the snow from his coat, he continued on.

[Phantom]

At first the helicopter was over around the mountain, and Phantom was sure it was looking for a landing site. Then suddenly, the chopper went out of control, spinning around wildly, then crashing into the mountain. Just before the plane hit the mountain, the pilot (who was wearing black) jumped out and landed hard on the ground. That must hurt, he thought to himself.

Suddenly the ground shook as an avalanche descended (caused by the plane crash no doubt). Phantom was just about to run, when the avalanche changed course. Getting up, he started running towards the top, to check out whether the pilot was still alive or not.

[Lord Sendokaze]

It was noon and the temperature was steadily rising, so James took off his coat and parka. The climbing was getting him warmed up, so he felt no need to continue to wear heavy clothing. Suddenly, something shiny caught his eye. He moved over there, careful enough to not make another avalanche. He took out a small, phone sized device and scanned the shiny material.

The scanner told him that this material was a crystal that had never been cataloged before and James knew he had found the thing he was looking for. He weighted the crystal and found it to be quite heavy. He decided to not carry this himself but to call for aide instead. He had found the crystal, if there is more of it, then make the workers mine it instead.

[Phantom]

Phantom had been following the pilot of the helicopter for some time now. When he stopped, Phantom hid behind a huge piece of rock to see what he was doing. The man seemed to be examing a piece of strange rock. Then, Phantom saw who the pilot was. James Doran, the Lord Sendokaze.

Smiling, Phantom walked up to him and said, "Well well, look who it is."

[Lord Sendokaze]

James turned around and saw a familiar person standing there. Smiling, he said, "Phantom, long time no see. What brings you here?"

[Phantom]

"I'm just here because I want to be here," Phantom said casually, "what about you? Surely the Empire doesn't give people vacations or sick leaves."

[Lord Sendokaze]

"Actually I'm here on a mission, I can tell you the details but you can't tell the Rebels," James said with a small smile, "unlike you, I actually have work to do."

[Phantom]

"So while we are it, why don't we have a little competition, who can be the last on standing?" Phantom said, "its also a good opportunity to train ourselves in real life combat."

[Lord Sendokaze]

"We can do that," James said, smiling, "just as long as we don't cause another avalanche. But lets get warmed up. He formed two fireballs in his hand and sent them towards Phantom.

[Phantom]

Phantom jumped to his right and avoided the hits. He jumped again, and while he was in the air, shot several shurikens at James. He landed behind his opponent and said, "Speed is best weapon there is."

[Lord Sendokaze]

"Really?" James said, smiling. He concentrated his energy and roared. Blue light surrounded him and two huge of spikes came out from the ground, coming directly towards Phantom.
