Greetings to all Senior Ranks, fellow Officers and Ratings - please relax Review Stance
 I'm ProwlerPilotGirl. You'll find posts of mine on Terrafirma, but I'm a native of Oxford, England. I've been a fan of Farscape ever since the BBC began showing it back in late 1999. No other show has 'hooked' me in quite like it. I enjoy 'genre' sci-fi, but until Farscape, I could take-it-or-leave-it. The world of Officer Aeryn Sun, Special Peacekeeper Commando, struck me like a thunderbolt... and that human was exceptionally easy on the eye, too!!  I never realised there was such a huge selection of Farscape-related content on the web, but when I did... boy, did it highten the addiction!! I've gotten into collecting Claudia Black's stunt-double costumes from the show. Whilst my small collection isn't as impressive as skchwojko*Sherry*'s (if you're aware of the sheer depth of her knowledga and addiction, you'll no doubt have knowledge of her collection of Claudia Black worn Aeryn outfits), I do own the first season PK pilot's pants with correct boots and the second/third season black leather Commando Vest and Leg Gauntlets. I'm having replicas made of other garments and have scratch-built the season three pistol holster. Future projects include scratch-build of a Pulse Rifle and the red/black leather Commando outfit. That'll keep me busy... Other than that, I'll be submitting fics based around Aeryn's rise through the ranks... which will fill the other half of my time. The other three halves will be filled with non-PK duty...  ProwlerPilotGirl, or for those who wish to ignore rank and procedure, PPG will do. Enjoy the forum and fly safe |

Hiya PPG! I have altered the settings of your account so you are formally a PK Officer and have moderator rights in the Fiction area. You have access to all areas that I do but since the only real area you need to be able to edit and move stuff etc is in the Fics area. Any suggestions for this site on just about anything can be posted in the Secure Bunks.

Where does time go??
My 'projects' are coming along, s-l-o-w-l-y, and another eBay raid sees me owning the green zipper shirt that Claudia wore under the leather vest in seasons 2 & 3 of FS. The fic project has begun. And begun again... and again. I haven't been happy with the 'tone' of what I'd written, so it's in re-draft... and that's just the very beginnings. However, all the main players are in place and I know how it's going to pan-out. I'm very excited about it, but, where *does* time go? RL, responsibilites and the daily grid just *eat* whole weeks... and my 'lil fic languishes on the back-burner. Tch!! Hope life's treating you well, ML. PPG  |
