BEFORE YOU CAN REQUEST ANY GRAPHICS (PLEASE READ)

This applies to all graphic requests.

Now I've noticed on several boards that there is a minimum amount of posts before you can receive a design from a host. So I've adopted the same guidelines and then some, which explains why most members sign up just too receive one and disappear thats fine if you do but, we at this board also have active lives besides being here. So what I'm really saying is it's alot of work but we enjoy it so to request a design you must be an active user on this site my minimum posting is going to be listed below, that will show me your an active user, at which time you may request a design. Once you request your design and it is completed it will be put in the sig pickup forum. You must post a response to the pickup within 14 days or the designer is allowed to pull the post and the money pulled from your bucket will be lost.

Also one real important rule to follow: (ABSOLUTELY NO BUMPING YOUR POST COUNT UP BY USING SPAM) if I notice that your posts will be DELETED! Also I reserve the right to deduct from your money bucket for damages created by your spamming.

*You must have at least the minimum required posts(and money) for the design type you are asking for before requesting it! You must remain active after your design is complete.

REMEMBER THIS IS A FREE SERVICE DON'T ABUSE IT PLEASE!

Here are the requirements for each feature offered here at Red Ice Gfx:

NOTE: We here at Red Ice Gfx use a money system based on posts, it will be used for requesting designs!

1) For requesting Signatures, you must have 20 posts recorded and in the money bucket 200 dollars. After your initial request, all Signatures will come from your money bucket at 200 dollars per requested design upon completion.

2) For requesting Avatars, you must have 20 posts recorded and in the money bucket 200 dollars. After your initial request, all Avatars will come from your money bucket at 200 dollars per requested design upon completion.

3) For requesting Website Banners, you must have 35 posts recorded and in the money bucket 350 dollars. After your initial request, all Banners will come from your money bucket at 350 dollars per requested design upon completion.

4) For requesting Website Affiliate Buttons, you must have 45 posts recorded and in the money bucket 450 dollars. After your initial request, all Buttons will come from your money bucket at 450 dollars per requested design upon completion.


SIGNATURE/AVATAR REQUESTS (PLEASE READ)

Please take the time to fill out your request properly!
If the request is not completed properly, you will be warned once, the second time the request will be declined.

You need to supply the following upon the request:

1) Designer: to complete the request.
2) Type design: (signature, avatar)
3) Style of Sig/Avatar: Grunge,Tech...
4) Theme:
5) Main Text: Your ID
6) Quote: Only if you want one
7) Colors:
8) Images: (must be provided unless none are required) High Quality
9) Size of design: in Px (400x100 is a good Signature size...Avatars sizes are 85x85 or 100x100)(please note the correct size from the site you are going to using your avatar at, we are not held responsible for sizing issues, i.e. if you ask for 100x100 and the board uses 85x85 that would be your fault.)
10) Animation: (Some designers don't do animation) Be acturate in your description if you want animation(No promises though)
11) Borders: yes or no

BANNER/BUTTON REQUESTS (PLEASE READ)

Please Take the time to fill out your request properly
If the request is not completed properly you will be warned once second time the request will be declined

You need to supply the following upon the request:

1) Designer: to complete the request.
2) Type design: (banner, button)
3) Style of Banner/Button: Grunge,Tech...
4) Theme:
5) Main Text: Name of site
6) Colors:
7) Images: (must be provided unless none are required)High Quality
8) Size of design: in Px's (for buttons use 88x31)
9) Borders: yes or no

NOTE: The Admin/Designers have the right to decline the request based on your request post....If it does not meet the requirements.

NOTE: To the designers/requestors, the design will have the RIG logo/trademark on it and to not accept this would revoke their privileges or status on this board.

The alteration of any graphics made by this board is strictly prohibited ...If caught your name goes on a rippers list on this board ...

Though this feature does not come from designs, we do offer you the opportunity to post links for yours and other sites that you are an active member of, below is that requirement:

5)For placing a link to your own site or one you are an active member of, you must have 55 posts recorded and in the money bucket 550 dollars. After your initial request, all additional links will come from your money bucket at 550 dollars a post. After that you MUST be active on this board and post an average of 10 posts per month to keep the links alive on this board.
