Without sufficient cold resistance, you take damage. Meat and item drops are sometimes lost in the snow, and sometimes the snow is so thick that you can't see your opponent. If you adventure with a shovel, you can handfuls snow, which can be multi-used into various useful items.

The next run is obviously going to be a Serial Flasher run. Pantlessness will be required throughout, but easy access to a Clockwork Trench coat will be provided very early in the run, as well as access to skills such as Blind Your Opponent with the Light and Hock Some Cheap Watches. These skills stun or delevel, and let you turn MP into meat, respectively. Unfortunately, roaming monsters enforcing the Public Decency Laws of Loathing show up every once in a while, and they are rather hard to beat. The rewards for the run include large amounts of Karma and a Bum Cheek trophy, as well as a tattoo for having no equipment on. :)

Next season's path: Revenge of the ice queen

-all hot, sleaze items cause damage when equipped. hot/sleaze damage hits you 2x harder
-must wear hat at all times
-random "foggy glasses" during adventures prevents you from attacking.
- Cold shoulder effect- cannot receive help from other players (trades, buffs)

-special ice skating leotard outfit/tattoo
-
