Below is the template to be considered being approved of Jinchuuriki status within RoS.

Bijou History:
Possession: Raiken was but an infant when the sealing of the bijou within him. There was a great civil war going on between the shinobi of Kumogakure. At the time, Raiken had been born as the grandson to the great Raikage and revered as the "child of prodigy". His father had been a casuality in this civil war, in an attempt to protect his family from the release of Rokubi. It was a move of desperation by the rebellion as they were on the brink of defeat. They'd had a stealth division enter a sacred temple and steal the sacred gem in which Rokubi had been sealed into. Raiken's father succeeded in protection of him and Raiken's mother, but was killed in the process. He'd given them a clear path to safety out of the sight of Rokubi, sacrificing himself to give them time to run off, Raiken in his mother's arms.

With Raijuu laying waste to Kumogakure and the shinobi's attacks proving futile, being of the same affinity, it was only a matter of time before Rokubi went on to the rest of the country. It could be seen across from various villages surrounding.

The great Raikage knew what had to be done and feared for his grandson's life at the same time. Being that the village had loved Raiken, he couldn't see it in his heart that they'd abandon him for having essentially saved their village and country. With that, the Kage devised a plan to seal the beast within Raiken and proved successful.Though, it wasn't entirely successful.

As an infant, Raiken had various flare ups where Rokubi would completely take over his host and lash out on anyone around him. Raiken would go into a blind rage, nearly having killed his own mother by shocking her to death and even giving a few Jounin a run for their money. Having been able to get ahold of him with a jutsu temporarily seal Rokubi's chakra flow, they managed to strap on a bracelet of gems. These gems themselves held a seal that would enable Raiken to sort of harness Rokubi's powers. If removed somehow, the consequences could prove dire. For possibly both Raiken and those around him.

Denkou Kyuuzou: Lightning Surge

Raiken focuses chakra to one hand or both, holding them out towards his opponent. By utilizing of Raijuu's chakra boost and elemental affinity, this is done with near ease. From his hand(s), massive jolts of electricity are expelled and reach out towards Raiken's opponent, as if they were huge jaws in which to clutch onto them. This surge can extend out up to 15 ft and can envelop a whole body, leaving them paralyzed or dead, in some cases. If successful, it will damage multiple nerves throughout the victims body, confusing a few of their limbs with another and make it very difficult to function. While, reducing their reaction time, also.
Cons: It can easily be avoided if one knows it is coming, as it takes him a moment to actually gather the chakra and get the bolts sparking. The problem is, they usually don't unless they've actually encountered it before.

Raikou gun Nohara: Lightning Force Field
Seperate
Being able to perform without a series of handseals is what makes this jutsu simple. Surging chakra throughout his entire body, Raijuu's power erupts in an electrical burst enveloping Raiken's entire body. The electricity will give anyone who comes within two feet of him a good shocking.
Cons: This jutsu only last for two posts.

Juhai (Drink to Health)
The relationship between Bijou and host is delicate. If the host dies, so does the Bijou. So, to address this issue, Raijuu will use his chakra to slightly heal his host. This can by no means heal deep lacerations, but allows Raiken to heal much faster than normal shinobi, and can occasionally heal slight wounds.

Denkou Kantsuu: Lightning Pierce

Raiken will focus his chakra into his hand before releasing a strong bolt of lightning with high precision, though the bolt is no wider than the blade of a katana. He is then able to move at near lightning speed to thrust into his opponent or through a defense. The chakra boosted by Raijuu gives the jutsu enough power to pierce even the strongest of defenses and to move at a nigh unseen speed.
Cons: This attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element. It takes a few moments to charge, during which this short time is unable to defend himself.

Shobikou (First Tail)
Symbiotic
The Rokubi's chakra flows around Rikimaru, resembling the form of the Raijuu. However, only one tail is sprouted in the chakra shroud. Raiken is still visible underneath, and takes a feral appearance. This doubles his chakra pool, speed, and strength; however it makes him much more prone to bouts of anger and fury, which could easily lead to a massive burst of chakra, blowing off his brace and throwing him into a full possession at an inopportune time.

Teishu no Kousen (Master of War)

Upon getting a grip on any part of his target's body, Raiken surges an intense amount of electricity through their entire body, calling slightly on Raijuu's chakra. Not only causing extreme pain, this jutsu can cause nerve damage and leave an opponent's affected limb useless for one post

Ippai Tsukimono (Full Possession)

Once Raiken somehow removes the brace on his wrist, the beast's chakra flows around Raiken's body to mimic his own form. Complete with six tails, the destructive chakra shroud is an intense golden hue. Raiken becomes much more feral in appearance, growing sharp fangs and claws where his nails used to be, however one can hardly see his figure beneath the cloak of chakra. Although this appears to be protecting the Jinchuriki, in all actuality the chakra is so potently destructive that it's constantly burning at his skin, which the Rokubi is healing at a constant rate. In this state, Raiken can no longer discern from friend or foe, and becomes a war machine. It increases his speed, strength, and chakra pool four times his normal level. Raijuu can maintain this for seven posts, and is limited to Bijou techniques. Afterwards, Raiken must rest for at least one post to recover and heal, and is usually simply exhausted afterwards, unable to hardly walk.

Waza no sono Hourou Tsume (Art of the Wandering Claw)

Raiken must have had already gone six tails for this jutsu to be a possible tactic. The Rokubi can extend his chakra in his two front claws, causing them to increase massively in size and gain the ability to stretch. The chakra is destructive to the touch, and incredibly solid once it makes contact with the target, although it takes a very malleable form as he stretches and guides the claws. He is capable, also, of sprouting other claws from the main branch, although they either replace the main one or are smaller. He can stretch the chakra-limbs for thirty meters, and can have as many as five claws on each arm at a time.

Credit to Rikimaru for a few of those jutsu. Heh.

In the beginning of the bijuu wars, Orochi was merely one of the weaker demons, even below Nekomata. As the patron deity of the Yagami clan, he was targeted by members of the Kusanagi clan who sought to destroy their rival's source of power. However, they foolishly used the famed "Sword of Kusanagi" to attack the beast, and the weapon was inexplicably sealed into the serpent, increasing his power over tenfold.

With a new source of chakra and strength, Orochi became one of the strongest of the bijuu, defeating and nearly killing many of the others until he arrogantly challenged Kyuubi to a match. The battle lasted for one hundred years, but the kitsune finally made a crack in Kusanagi's blade, defeating Orochi once and for all.

The Hachibi retreated to the mountains, calling upon the Yagami clan to protect him while he recovered from the battle and plotted to avenge his loss. He predicted that over the course of a thousand years, a prodigy would be born into the Yagami clan, and that the child would restore him, and the clan, to their former glory through self-sacrifice.

When a child known as Shien was born with unnatural chakra patterns, the clan was convinced that he was the prodigy that Orochi had spoken of, and the bijuu was sealed within the boy, presumably to gain strength before killing the child and reemerging into the world at full strength.

However, the boy was stolen away before he could be taught about his so-called destiny, and so Orochi grudgingly waits until the day the boy, Rook, realizes his presence.

Possession:
Years ago, in a small mountain village, a child with unusual chakra patterns was born into the dwindling Yagami clan; though the son of a poor peasant family, he was taken away from his parents shortly after birth for examination by the clan’s last remaining elders. The newborn was subjected to all sorts of tests, much to the horror and dismay of his mother and father, almost dying on multiple occasions from the brutality of the exams.

After half a month, it was determined that the child, now named Shien, was possessed of a very powerful and focused energy, not unlike the supposed “genius heir” predicted by the clan’s prophecies. Convinced that it was a sign from the gods, the elders stole the child away, spiriting him off to the resting place of their patron deity, the Yamata no Orochi. Through a long and arduous process, the weakened bijuu was placed into the child, sealed away through means of an inked tattoo placed on the babe’s chest.

Convinced that the Yagami would soon rise to power again and destroy the Kusanagi once and for all, the clan leaders began to make plans to train the boy as a weapon until the day would come when he would be sacrificed to restore the monstrous serpent to its former glory. However, they had forgotten about Shien’s parents, and in the dead of night, the two stole their son back, departing from the village as quickly as possible.

The family traveled as far as they could, but there was still the fear of retribution from their clan, so, amid many tears, the decision was made to give Shien away, in the hopes that the Yagami clan wouldn’t be able to find him if he were separated from his parents. His mother and father wrapped him in rags, tucked a small chess piece in his tiny hands, then left him to the care of a Daimyo who was noted for his kindness. The chess piece served no real significance, but it was hoped that if the boy ever questioned his origins, it would lead him away from his clan, keeping him from returning to the mountain village to be sacrificed.

Currently, the seal on Yamata no Orochi is so strong that Rook is actually unaware that he houses a monster inside of him. The bijuu is unable to communicate with him, but is still able to spread his influence slightly, causing an aura of misfortune to surround the Oto-nin, harming anyone who would attempt to become close with him. The serpent’s gaze can be witnessed occasionally when Rook becomes infuriated, as his pupils suddenly become slitted, but no other outward signs point to his jinchuriki status.

Hebi no Me [Snake Eye]

When incredibly frustrated or irate, Rook’s eyes take on a golden hue with slit pupils, allowing Orochi to observe the world around him through his vessel’s sight. While not incredibly dangerous, it sharpens Rook’s vision, allowing him to see twice as far for as long as Orochi chooses to let him. This allows a bit of the bijuu’s chakra to seep out through his seal, allowing Orochi to wrest control away from Rook and enter Hebikarata Tokengen form if kept up for over seven posts.

Jinsoku no Kiseidoubutsu [Spiritual Vermin]
Separate
Rook uses Orochi’s chakra to summon up a plethora of spiritual snakes from beneath an opponent. These creatures are the size of normal snakes and appear as ghostly apparitions, but are for all intents and purposes, physical beings. The snakes swarm the intended victim, biting them viciously, injecting a peculiar toxin into the opponent’s body. The toxin produced by the snakes does not poison, but rather saps chakra, weakening the victim spiritually, but not physically. Rook occasionally looses control and accidentally summons these serpents on allies.

Daisoreta Sosei [Monstrous Regeneration]
Symbiotic
Orochi’s chakra accelerates Rook’s natural ability to heal, allowing him to shrug off most minor injuries in just a few hours. Larger injuries, such as deep cuts, broken bones, and harsh burns can be mostly mended after a good night’s rest, but anything more substantial, such as amputations and massive internal damage cannot be healed.

Reiki no Harai [Aura of Misfortune]

Usable only when Rook plays, this surrounds the man in a faint grey aura that slightly resembles scales. Any person, friend or foe, in a thirty yard radius is suddenly stricken with an intense feeling of dread; any time an person attempts to use a normal, non-clan/non-jinchuriki jutsu, it has a forty percent chance of misfiring and backlashing, harming the user instead of their intended target. Rook is unable to use any other jutsu, save for Hebikarata Tokengen while using this technique, and can only maintain the song for a maximum of five posts at a time.

Odoruken: Kusanagi [Dancing Sword: Kusanagi]
Separate
Rook summons the blade Kusanagi from Yamata no Orochi’s stomach, causing it to appear five feet in front of him. He is then able to control the sword through use of Orochi’s chakra combined with his music, commanding it to float in air and attack anything within a twenty yard radius. The sword of Kusanagi is incredibly sharp and dangerous, almost completely indestructible, but can only fight off one enemy at a time, making it more of a distraction when used against multiple foes. Rook cannot use any other jutsu that require his instrument while controlling Kusanagi.

Hebikarata Tokengen [Serpentine Manifest]
Symbiotic
Orochi’s chakra begins to leak past his seal, surrounding Rook in a pale grey aura that appears to resemble scales. Rook’s eyes become black with gold irises and slit pupils, allowing Orochi to control his vessel’s sight. Eight tails made of chakra curl around his form, protecting Rook from taijutsu and melee attacks; Rook cannot control these tails, and so they strike out at any approaching figure, be it friend or foe. Those attacked in this manner loose a small portion of their chakra every time they are hit with a tail, as Orochi absorbs it to keep his own chakra levels high. This form can be maintained for up to five posts, after which Rook automatically goes into Hebikarata Datsu form.

Doenka [Haunting Lament]

Rook begins to play, focusing Orochi’s chakra and malevolent will into his music; any person, friend or foe who hears this music begins to feel weak and sick, as unseen tendrils of Orochi’s chakra begin to extend from Rook’s harp, burrowing their way into the victim’s chest. Orochi begins to absorb his victim’s life energy, fortifying his own chakra with the stolen essence, and slowly drains Rook’s opponent’s to death. Only eight targets can be drained at a time, and those who cannot hear the song are completely immune to its effects. The draining process takes quite a bit of time to actually kill people, so it is generally not fatal to chuunin+ and Rook can only maintain this technique for up to five posts at a time, after which he automatically goes into Hebikarata Tokengen form.

Hebikarata Datsu [Serpentine Release]
Symbiotic
Usable only if Rook has been gravely injured, is depleted of chakra, or if he has been in Hebikarata Tokengen form for five posts. A swirling aura of grey chakra begins to surround Rook, taking the form of the eight heads of Orochi, each with a different kanji set into their foreheads (Soul, Ghost, Evil, Devil, Monstrous, Kill, The Afterworld and Death). While Orochi’s heads are still connected to the chakra surrounding Rook’s body, his necks are able to stretch and twist to impossible lengths, allowing them to attack from a distance while still keeping Rook safely out of harm’s way. While the heads are incredibly large on their own accord and can easily swallow a full grown man, their real form of attack is based on merely touching an opponent. Any organic material that brushes against Orochi’s heads turns grey and begins to wither as its spirit is slowly consumed by the serpent, ultimately killing whatever is touched if it stays in contact with the head for too long. This form takes an extreme amount of chakra from both Orochi and Rook, and so it can only be maintained for seven posts, after which Orochi retreats back inside of his vessel and Rook collapses from exhaustion.

Nibi no Nekomata

Nibi no Nekomata

Bijou History:
Nekomata is a bijuu in the form of cat, and possesses the power of death. This Bijuu lives in a place called “Forest of Death” (Not a mistranslation.) in Hokkaido, to the north. His appearance is a black cat monster (depicted with huge, black angel wings). He’s the Death God’s pet. Nekomata feeds on dead people’s spirits, and can summon these to fight for him. He uses a third eye at the top of its head to consume the spirits. Trying to dominate his enemies, Nekomata forms an alliance with Houkou, and attacks Kyuubi. They have a disastrous defeat, and Nekomata is rescued by the Death God, escaping death by a hair’s breadth.

After the Death God basically saved Nekomata, it stored his body away and basically used its spirit as a weapon, summoning Nekomata as a weapon when needed. The Death God used Nekomata in many ways, basically summoning it any time there was a small war, just to suck up all of the souls and absorb them, making Nekomata stronger, slowly.

During the battle of Chi Mizu, the Death God summoned Nekomata just outside of Kirigakure, and Otogakure managed to bend the Death God to their will by the means of several Jounin focusing their chakra on it and subduing it while they stole Nekomata, and sealed it away in a small crystal.

Eventually, Otogakure shinobi found a way to bend the Death God to their will, and then they managed to rend Nekomata from it, and use Nekomata's soul to revive Goh Hinogami, and sealed it within him, leaving the crystal it had been in empty and useless.

Possession:
After some years of death and being buried in a shallow grave in Blood Claw, Goh Hinogami's body was stolen by Otogakure. Though all that was left was a skeleton and clothing remnants, they were confident that they could get him back to a living state, because they had found a way to use technology to their advantage, and subdue the god of death itself. They basically stole Nekomata from the god of death's arsenal and, in a six month process, reformed Goh Hinogami's body with its energy, and sealed it within him.

While it took another full six months for the body to be fully functional and healthy, as well as for Goh to gain control over the demon, it wasn't an easy task. Nibi no Nekomata ended up killing several of the scientists with its purple chakra that radiated from Goh Hinogami while he was being reanimated, and those souls were absorbed, which helped the process along.

Now Goh Hinogami has almost full control over the demon, and his body is in perfect shape, except for a lack of skin pigment and a few random cuts here and there that seem to have trouble healing.

Nekomata's Sight
Separate
When in use, Goh's eyes will glow pure white. This allows Goh to see the spirits of the dead, those dead being human and animal alike. He can also see the Death God's underlings, which take the souls out of the bodies of the living. Goh can destroy the Death God's underlings as a way to save someone's life, no matter how bad their wounds, but only for up to three posts. He often uses this as a way to torture his enemies, by forcing them to live through the pain longer.

Third Eye Blind
Separate
Goh will press his index and middle finger to his forehead before an eye that wasn't there before slowly opens. This eye glows purple, but doesn't actually see anything. This eye will absorb the souls of the dead and convert them to chakra, be these souls human or animal. The amount of chakra gained depends on how many souls he absorbs, and he can only absorb the souls of the things that actually died during the course of that thread. The amount of chakra gained for each soul isn't a huge amount, but when he absorbs alot of souls, like at the scene of a battle, the amount can be drastic.

Soul Cannon
Separate
Goh will charge up some of the dark purple chakra on his hand and then toss a ball of it at his target. This ball of energy will cause any plant life it touches to die, as well as causing anyone it hits to feel an immense pain in their chest, as anyone it hits gets targeted by the Death God's underlings, and they attempt to steal the souls of anyone the energy touches. If the ball hits the ground, it will explode into a cloud of purple chakra that is five feet by five feet, and anyone hit by it will experience the effect of the jutsu. The effect only lasts for one post, but the pain is excruciating. This causes no physical damage.

One Tail
Separate
When Goh gets angry, though he doesn't show the rage, this jutsu slowly begins to take effect. Goh will slowly begin to have feint traces of purple chakra showing up all over his body, but not covering him. After a few moments, a dark purple chakra tail will form and then Nekomata's Sight and Third Eye Blind both activate, and can not be unactivated. Goh will the be able to use the tail as a physical weapon, and if anyone gets within six feet of Goh, the tail will automatically attack them, as the chakra has a mind of its own. The end of the tail is like a hand with thre fingers and a thumb, all of them being sharp and pointy. This tail is capable of cutting people, but is also able to instantly infect any wound it causes. Though this appears to be symbiotic, it is not, as Nekomata doesn't get to do anything in this variation of the full version.

Soul Wings
Separate
Using the dark chakra of Nekomata, Goh will create chakra wings. These wings are invisible to the naked eye, though a Hyuuga can see them. These will allow Goh Hinogami to float in place, fly up to ten feet off of the ground, and fly at up to thirty miles per hour. The speed and height of this jutsu doubles if the One Tail is active, and triples if Nekomata has full control. This takes very trace amounts of energy if Goh is just hovering with it.

Nekomata's Roar
Symbiotic
When Nekomata has full control, Goh will be able to bend sound waves more effectively, causing all jutsus that require the use of sound vibrations to be more effective, and any jutsus that require the use of a scream, roar, or yell will take on Nekomata's voice, becoming slightly stronger and louder. This can only be used when Nekomata has full control.

Death's Accord
Symbiotic
When Goh goes entirely insane with rage, is knocked out, almost killed, or he falls asleep of someone else's accord, Nekomata will take full control of his body. When Nekomata has control of his body, Goh will heal extremely quickly. His heart stops beating, and all of his organs stop doing anything. This freezes his organs in time, and though none of them do anything, they are all still alive, as he is. Goh's speed will be five times greater, and his chakra and stamina will also be drastically increased. He will be covered in a dark purple chakra, as well as having two chakra tails that do the same thing as the One Tail. He will have Nekomata's Sight, and Third Eye Blind will be active. This lasts for seven posts, and anything that touches the purple chakra will recieve a chakra burn as intense as a second degree burn, and the wound will instantly be infected. After this jutsu goes inactive, Goh will not be able to use any jutsus for six posts, and will only have half of his chakra and stamina after that.
