Personality: Ryo goes by his first instinct when coming to an important decision. Based on his appearance, he looks rather intimidating. He is an all around ruthless and cruel person, enjoying others misfortune. He doesn’t have a problem with killing or slaughtering the opponent, actually enjoying seeing the opponent suffer. Though he does not know a lot of ninjutsu, he enjoys combat. He hates to leave an unfinished battle, often stating that they opponent “Doesn’t know how lucky they are.” He doesn’t show much emotion, besides an evil smirk. He can’t stand children such as Genin, rather much having them dead. He doesn’t allow his head to get to him in battle, allowing him to be calm. When battling, he sees it as a game rather than an “I can loose my life” sort of situation. He is quite clever and sneaky in battle, using his sword to get the job done. He prefers to kill the opponent by hand, rather than by Jutsu. Though Ryo is cold hearted, he doesn’t have a problem socializing with others but prefers not to, keeping to himself most of the time.
Physical Appearance: Ryo is more of a short distance fighting opponent than a long ranged combat opponent. He needs to be in short distance because of his Scythe Blade. Instead of using Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, Ryo mainly uses his swordsmanship abilities along with Taijutsu attacks. Though he looks rather weak, muscle wise, he can wield his heavy 50 pound sword with no trouble what so ever, though it takes some time to get used to. Ryo has an average amount of chakara, though it is not much to work with. He has perfect chakara control. When Ryo does use Ninjutsu, he preforms it with a single hand so he can block attacks with his sword with his other hand. Ryo has great accuracy when throwing or aiming a weapon and can easily outmaneuver the opponent. He is also pretty agile, having good coordination. He often uses his wits to save him in battle, if the opponent is tough.

Ryo has chocolate brown hair that goes a little past his ears and goes to his forehead. His eyes have a wicked look to them when you stare into them. They are cold black eyes. He wears a sleeveless white shirt with thin black lines going down it. Ryo also wears long black pants with a gray line going down on the inner parts of it. Ryo wears gray goggles on his head and has three-skull tattoo’s going down his right shoulder. White tape is wrapped around his left arm in the shoulder area. Ryo’s shoes are big, being tennis shoes. On his right hand he has rings on all his fingers. On his left hand he wears a glove. Going across his chest is a backpack with four pins on the strap, starting at his left shoulder. One of the pins is an evil smiley face, one is a star, one is a single dot, and one is a swirl. On his right shoulder he his a sword strap going across his chest, intersecting with the other strap making an X. With one of the pins, he puts it so it goes through both straps making them connected. On the side of his right stomach, he has a single short chain hanging down. He usually keeps his sword strapped onto his back, having it with him at all times.
Biography: Ryo grew up very lonely. His mother dying giving birth to him, he had to grow up without the affection of a mother figure. At 5 years old, his father was killed in a Hidden Mist raid, leaving Ryo to fend for himself. Ryo did not have much interest in becoming a ninja but rather a swordsman. He began practicing around the time he should have been in the academy. He started out with play swords, practicing against trees and stuffed animals. He then switched to wooden swords, gaining new ideas for swing techniques. At the age of 11, he began practicing with steel swords such as a Katana. Though Ryo could not find a teacher, he decided it would be better off to train himself. As he was still on Katana level, he decided to fight a Chunin for fun. After a disgraceful match, he soon realized that he would never defeat anyone who would be able to preform Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. He would have to learn the basic principles of Jutsu and chakara.
He started to study from scrolls he stole from the academy, somewhat afraid of what would happen if he was ever to get caught doing so. Learning the basic academy jutsu and controlling his chakara took about a year. He decided his choice to teach himself would be better in the long run, seeing he didn’t have to waste time learning to throw shuriken and study about villages. At the age of 14, he started to build his Scythe Blade. After months of building it, he finally completed it. To test his ability in swordsmanship, he decided to battle the Chunin he lost to before. Though it was a long battle, Ryo won, killing the man. This is where his interest for killing came into play. After he killed the Chunin, he took his weapons from him and a few scrolls. Later on, he found out these scrolls were Jutsu Scrolls. He started to learn jutsu, which would help him in battle, besides his swordsmanship qualities. He began to learn Taijutsu, this siding well with his swordsmanship abilities.
After obtaining all he needed, Ryo left the Hidden Mist Village in search for worthy opponents to match his skill, if not defeat him. Through his time of becoming a missing ninja, he has lost his fair share of battles. However, this has only made him stronger, seeing this showed what he needed to work on to improve himself. Over the years, he gradually improved his skill to earn him the rank of an A-Rank Missing Ninja. He has been listed in the Bingo Book for murderer and his swordsmanship and is wanted by Kiri.

After a few days of traveling away from the Hidden Mist Village, Ryo decided to take a break him his traveling. Though, he needed to get a fair distance away from Kiri, before anyone noticed he was gone. He rested against a nearby tree, squating in an odd position. This particular position he was in was so that if another civilian came by, he could easily get up and run. Using the Body Flicker was always an option but Ryo decided it would be best if he conserved his energy for a later time. Panting, Ryo wiped sweat that had formed while running off his forehead, breathing in fresh air. A breeze flowed past, in which Ryo was thankful for. After a few minutes of taking a break, Ryo got up. He jumped up into a tree branch, going at a rather fast pace as he leaped through trees. Being unusually paranoid, Ryo heard a crunch through the autumn leaves which has turned vibrant colors of orange, red and yellow.
"A footstep..." Ryo thought, having his back rested against the edge of a tree to keep his visibility from the naked eye.
Having his hand gripped on his sword slung to his back, he held it in a position so he could easily whip it out if nessary. Again, he heard the same crunch. He guessed this opponent was that of a lower rank. If it were a Jonin, they would mask their appearance instead of making their presense obvious enough. Trying to keep his breath low, Ryo heard it again. That same crunch in his ears, the noise ringing. It was as if Ryo was being played with like a sap, like a mere Genin! Growing impatient, Ryo kept his eyes glued on a particular spot in the moist grass where he could make out a leaf; a leaf that was broken into three pieces. His gaze shifted from a spot about 5 feet over. That's when he saw it, a flash of white flesh. Snickering, Ryo got out a single kunai knife. He threw it in a spot, 2 feet over from where he saw the flesh. Suddenly, he heard a small yelp of pain.
"Bullseye, time to kill the loot," Ryo said softly, loud enough for the opponent to hear.
Jumping down from his spot in the tree, Ryo gazed down at the 12 year old Genin rubbing his wound. He looked up at Ryo with wonder, fear in his eyes as he looked at Ryo's appearance. Seeing what the boy was looking at; his appearance. Though Ryo was not one to show emotion, he hated to be judged.
"Your all the same...judgement..." Ryo spoke, a wicked look in his two eyes, "So now you'll die the same!"
Slashing his sword towards the Genin's gut, he quickly swooshed to the side to avoid the fate of his death. Ryo smirked, kicking the Genin towards the stomach. The kick connected, sending the Genin flying back towards a tree. Ryo snickered, not having tolerance for children.
"You pathetic piece of trash! Fight me!" Ryo roared, evil engulfing the air.
The Genin shook his head in disagreement, protesting to fight the man for he was frightened to tears. Water formed in his eyes, as if saying for Ryo to spare him, spare his worthless life. Ryo chuckled once more, laughing at the Genin and how weak he was. Though, it somewhat reminded Ryo of how he was after his father died in a raid. Those were old memories now and Ryo was a new person. He had turned into a person most people tried to avoid to become, swarmed by evil deeds, living to kill others. Glaring down at the Genin, Ryo shook his head in disgust.
"Well?" Ryo inquired, "I take it you think I'm going to spare your worthless, trashy life eh? Well, you got me figured all wrong you brat!"
Swinging his sword backwards, he then thrust his sword towards the Genin's neck. He wanted to kill this brat before Tracker Ninja caught his scent. Though, it was not too smart of Ryo to kill this Genin. It would lead to where he was. Ryo could not resist killing, not on his life.
