Greetings, fellow Refia members,

If you logged in this weekend, and especially yesterday, you may have noticed that some things look different here from how they used to. Your eyes are not deceiving you, a couple of changes have been made to the forum, to ensure more quality (*ahem* :wasntme: ) and a more pleasant time for all of us here. Some changes are minor, others... less minor.

First thing you may have noticed, the board icons have been changed.

They're not perfect, but they serve their purpose to look more appropriate for the forum, given what this place was made for, and they put us apart a bit from the standard, generic Invisionfree layout (not that there's anything wrong with it). It's more personal this way, for all of us.

Second change: the "Why so serious?" and "ALL HAIL RANDOM STUFF!" boards have been merged into a single "Why so serious?" board. Since both forums basically had the same purpose, there was no reason to keep them seperate any longer.

Third change: The "Gush and Lust" board, together with the 51 "Gush and Lust" topics, have been closed and moved to the new Archive division. "Gush and Lust", though beloved by many of us, is a remnant of a past era, and since the big crash from july 2010, it was never the same again. As of such, after talking with the other members, it was decided to shut these "Gush and Lust" topics down, to signify that the page of the past has been turned and we moved on from there. "Gush and Lust" was replaced by change four...

Fourth Change: In the wake of "Gush and Lust", a new board, "The Roleplaying Universe" has been formed, where I ask (but not demand or command) that all roleplaying takes place. Of course, there is the infamous "The Thread With No Topic", but that's fine, it can keep existing as it is. No changes there. :) In this new board for roleplaying, you will also soon find "G&L: The Next Generation", which is basically Gush and Lust, under a new title. Two reasons for that:

1) Once again signifies the forum as a whole (and me especially) moving on from the past mistakes.
2) Gush and Lust as we knew it is being continued over at "Sue Free Zone", and as a sign of respect towards them I feel a name change here is in order to avoid confusion.

G&L: The Next Generation continues the old roleplaying formula that was so loved in Gush And Lust. Though, a new rulebook has been made, in debate with other members, to keep G&L and other roleplays in check a bit. You can read them in the pinned topic in the new board.

The fifth and final change: I have spent my entire afternoon so far updating the MST libraries in all three MST forums. LOTR library, Whoniverse library and Other library have all been made up to date. In some cases, it was direly necesary! :P I think that all MSTs made so far can be found in the library topics now, but if people spot missers, please tell me, and I'll add them right away.

That is it for now. The changes may seem small or insignificant to some, but let me tell you, the forum hasn't been rearranged at this magnitude since the creation of the "Whoniverse" section, or maybe even since the creation of the forum itself.

Thanks go especially to Mac, Rena and Ariel for helping me sort out all these changes and democratically deciding with me about them. Much appreciated! I hope these new changes will enjoyed, and that even better, more fun days on the forum will follow because of them.
