The Rules

The Forum Rules
1. Respect every member.

2. Spamming and flaming is not tolerated here. We're not like some fanfiction.net writers who can't handle constructive criticism. If you think the MSTs/Parodies/Stories can be improved, then say so, we'll listen. Flaming is not needed.

3. Trolls get banned without second thought.

4. This is not the place to fight out grudges you have with other members. We're here to write MSTs, Parodies and Stories and to have fun only.

5. Speaking of fun, that's what you're supposed to have here.

The Rules for Posting a Story
You have to create 2 topics about your story.

The first topic is the topic in which you'll post the story. ONLY the AUTHOR may post in that topic.

The second topic will be the review topic. EVERYBODY can post in this topic. The review topic is FOR POSTING YOUR REVIEWS, THOUGHTS and OPINIONS on the story. Discussing a story also goes in the review topic.

The story topic MUST have a link to the review topic and the review topic MUST have a link to the story topic.


The Rules for Writing a story
Most of the time, you're allowed to write whatever you want.
However, for the following things you must ask permission:

- Explicit content (for example: descriptive sex, horror, stuff...)
- Slash stories (any stories that involve a girl/girl or man/man pairing)

What you are absolutely NOT allowed to write:

- PWP (Plot? What Plot?). This basically means stories that are sex with no plot.
- Member-bashing stories. You may not write stories about members of this forum in a bashing way. Members of other forums, that's fine.
- No you-pov stories. Basically, stories like: "You wake up in a stupid room. You look around. You wonder what you should do." No. Try it and your story gets deleted right away.
- No Real-life person fics. Sorry Orlando Bloom fangirls, but you aren't allowed to write a fanfic about him or any other real person here.

The rules for writing parodies and MSTs
HATI made me realize that there might be confusion about this, so I'll say it now:

You ARE allowed to MST or write a parody of a slash/PWP/real-life person story. That's fine. What you are NOT allowed to do is write a normal slash/PWP/real-life person fanfic OR have your MST characters do slash/PWP stuff.

For now, that's it. All genres are open: fantasy, humour, action... As long as it follows what I said here above, it is allowed.

Labelling Stories:

I would like it if from now on, everybody would add in the first post of a story the following things:

Title*:
Author*:
Rating:
Genre*:
Text it is based on:
Characters:
Summary*:
Warnings*:

The things with a * I consider absolutely necesary. The others are optional (for now), but if you do fill them in, that's all the better.

If you've got problems with these things, say so in the advice/suggestion board and we can talk about it.

I'll post a label-form in every story already posted and I ask of you authors and fellow members to fill them in if you have time. It's in the best interest of our forum, me thinks, so I'd appreciate it if you would all do it. Thank you.
