Hello there =] Ripley here with my various sturf. Enjoy -i hope-! <3

Roleplay Posts
most of my writing samples are from roleplaying, i haven't been able to give a lot to full out stories lately.

Stories
--various stories i've been working on
' ' Sir and Lady - coming soon
    ' ' Cimmerian - coming soon

Random Writings
--random things..
Broken Pottery* - Inspired by a prompt ['broken pottery'] I found on an online prompt site.
My Yesterday* - Just a random thing I wrote up. Kind of based on current frustrations in my life.

Atlantis
--'Atlantis' is a story I have been working on for yeeears. It started with a dream I had about characters you don't even meet in any chapters I have completed... sad, I know. Work in progress, so lots of drafts and character development projects, etc. Be gentle, the original stuff was written when I was like, thirteen. I'm revamping a lot of it, sooo, yeah =]

Work In Progress.
please be gentle <3
sadly, this isn't my best
but it's the best i have on my computer.
will try to update soon.

I really like your ideas and characters thus far seem to be well rounded and non-mary-sue-ish (which is killer in stories). The thing I have to comment on is your words can get quite repetitious and you have awkward sentence starts. A good plot gets a reader interested but bland sentences can bore them to death. Try adding more spunk to them and you can make even a bland story sound like an epic adventure. I really like your piece "Broken Pottery". Hope to see more (pieces of literature, I mean xD). :]

Well thank you =] This makes me feel very good seeing as "Broken Pottery" was written spontaneously not even an hour ago, the other pieces are RPG samples [which always lack pizazz in my opinion], and the others were last updated almost a year ago =D So thank you very much. I'm going to try and type up some other pieces I have in my poor tattered notebooks and to update the Atlantis stories, but again, those are slow at work.

This graphic is yours to keep, and you can put it in your sig if you'd like ^^ Your group placement is in no way fixed and will change as your writing changes. I'm more than sure with a little bit more practice you'll move through the ranks in no time.

With all of that said, congratulations on the group placement!! I hope you enjoy the forum as much as we enjoy having you here.

I've just finished reading Broken Pottery.

I wasn't sure where it was going, but then when I got to the last lines, it hit me like *wham!* I enjoyed reading it, even though it managed to put me into an angsty mood.

There weren't too many style issues; they were mostly minor and didn't distract me frmo the reading itself. (I'll point them out if you want me to do so. =] ) All in all, I am enjoying your style. You've got a knack for the shock!ending. I like that.
