For this game you have to come with a piece of trivia about a movie and link it with another film. Then the next person takes that movie and links to another one with a piece of trivia and so on. The connection can be anything : common stars, directors, specific settings etc. Please make each succeeding connection different (not the same director or star continually)and don't make vague genre connections, the more specific the better, also might be fun to come up with unusual connections people might find surprising. Keep these connections to movie titles, if this works we can do a Star connections game in due course.

Here is an example of a chain, you only have to connect two movies with a piece of trivia for your turn though :

Gone with the Wind was directed by Victor Fleming who also directed The Wizard of Oz.

The Wizard of Oz starred Judy Garland who also appeared in Meet Me In St Louis.

Meet Me In St Louis was directed by Vincente Minnelli who also directed Father of the Bride.

Spencer Tracy played Father of the Bride and the victim of a lynch mob in Fury.

Fury was directed by Fritz Lang who also directed Metropolis.

Metropolis featured a vision of a city of the future as did Blade Runner.

Blade Runner was directed by Ridley Scott and so was Gladiator.

Gladiator was set in the period of the Roman Empire and so was Ben Hur.

Ben Hur starred Charlton Heston and so did Touch of Evil.

Touch of Evil starred Janet Leigh and so did Psycho.

So we'll start from there, the next person has to come up with a piece of trivia about Psycho which links it to another movie.

Psycho starred Anthony Perkins who also starred in FEAR STRIKES OUT.

Fear Strikes Out starred Karl Malden who played Father Barry in On the Waterfront.

On the Waterfront was one of Marlon Brando's best roles.

Marlon Brando was in Countess From Hong Kong which was directed by Charlie Chaplin.

Charlie Chaplin was best friends with Douglas Fairbanks.

Douglas Fairbanks was married to Mary Pickford.

Mary Pickford often used Mickey Neilan to direct her films.

Mickey Neilan was romantically involved with Gloria Swanson.
