The topic for the chat which will last between 1 and 2 hours is :
MAKE 'EM LAUGH !
In this chat we will discuss the careers of many of the individual star comedians of the sound era particularly those who were at their peak in the 30s and 40s like W.C. Fields, Bob Hope, Danny Kaye and Red Skelton.
We will recall their greatest movies from their early years to the final days of their careers. What were their best or worst performances ? What was their particular contribution to the art of film and why have their movies and performances lasted ? What sort of people were they in real life, were their film personas anything like the real person ?
Hope to "see" you in the chat room on Sunday,
Take care,
Derek (Classic Movie Man)
I'm in the chat room now please join me to discuss star comedians of the sound era. :D
