I love movies from the silent era to 1960 and my favorite stars include Jean Harlow, Mary Pickford, Claudette Colbert, Barbara Stanwyck, Dorothy Lamour, Gary Cooper, Tyrone Power, Charlie Chaplin, Joel McCrea, Rudolph Valentino, Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball, Rita Hayworth, Jane Wyman, Gloria Swanson, Corinne Griffith, Penny Singleton, Anita Page, Una Merkel, Charles Starrett, Robert Taylor, Ray Milland, and scores of others. I was happy to stumble across this board as most of the yahoo groups are pretty inactive and the IMDB boards don't get as much posting as one would like as far as real classic film fans.
