Just watched this colour musical biopic of Grace Moore starring Kathryn Grayson. It was a pleasant surprise to me since I had not seen it before and the music was very enjoyable. Primarily singing by Kathryn but with a few addtional numbers that might not be expected in an opera singers biopic. One by Merv Griffin who gave a credible performance and one by Kathryn that was called 'I wish I could shimmy like my sister Kate'. Several more songs in this film were not from opera making for more in total than many other musicals. The quality of this film from a TCM broadcast was excellent.

Gotta love Kathryn Grayson but I don't recall having seem this one. I'll have to see if I can find a copy. Thanks!
