I tend to be on AIM most often. If I'm away, just IM me anyway. I probably won't be there, but a lot of the times I just go away so people will stop talking to me. PMing will get you through to me, obviously, and I'll probably answer right away. E-mailing is a sure way to get to me, too, as I check my e-mail about five times a day, every day. You'll get an answer. Myspace & facebook are there for you people who are as active on there as you will be on RiH. As long as I know who you are, whatever. No matter what, though, AIM & PM & e-mailing me is your best bet. I'm on eastern time, just to let you know.

What I do:

I am the coderrr. If you need something coded or something fixed, just ask me. I'll help you out, love.
I'm the person who does direct editing to the site. Elle and Cat don't, so it's up to me.
Since I play Lily, I'm open for a lot of plotting. When school is over, I'll be more active and, therefore, even more open to ideas.
I update the awards and throw the bigorgyrihchatrooms on AIM. If you want invited, I need your screenname, kthnx.
I'm sympathetic to a lot of things, and I apparently give good advice?

What I cannot do:

Graphics. Though I can do some trivial little things, I'm not very good. So, leave me alone.
Bitch someone out. No. Just no.

Post very fast. I just... don't? Short attention span, I suppose.

As an Admin I;

Was the first and foremost. You all have me to bow down to, because I made the original RiH and have stuck with it for so long. A lot of the ideas came from my pretty head, along with my best friend, Allex. She was admin, but she just got too busy and inactive and decided to finally leave. I'm fourteen, though I had been thirteen when the site first started. Because of Allex and Lissy leaving, I am officially the youngest person on the site now. If having a head admin so young bothers you, sorry. I don't see why it would, though. Chances are, I write just as well as you. Out of the three admin, I'll probably let you get away with the most, next to Cat., unless you piss me off and I don't like you.

Things that make me tick are;

Being bitchy to my members.
Stupid / annoying / mean people.
Guests who put us down.
Mary-sue characters.
People who can't write. (and people who think they can when they can't.)
Two-Faced people.
Liars.
Updating. (as you can probably tell. thank god for elle.)

As a person I;

Swim. A lot of my afternoons during the summer is spent swimming. As a freshman next year, I'm going to be thrusting myself into swimming and water polo, along with other activities like photography and creative writing. Because this will be the first year I'll be swimming competitivly, I'll be getting into shape and getting my times back up. Plus, I love running, and I might be persuaded into theatre. I spend tons of time with my friends, and my family is really important to me. I also write more than an average person, and I can't go a week without reading a book. I sometimes ride horses, too, when I go to the barn, and I groom them frequently. I volunteer at an animal shelter as of this week, too, so I definitely have my times when I can't be here on RiH. But, summer's coming, and my activity level will definitely shoot up again when I have more time in my day.

Of all the admin lately, I am the one you're most likely to see around. College-aged student out for summer, I have more free time than anyone else. If there's something around the site that needs doing, you can either message me, post it in suggestions or post it here and I'll get around to it sooner rather than later.

What I do:

Because I'm around more frequently, I do a number of the various 'updates' around.
I made the canon list.
I'll probably be the one accepting your application.

What I cannot do:

HTML. Don't ask me to do coding, anything of the sort. It's bad.
Images. Also not graphically-inclined.
I tend to try to avoid doing direct edits to the sites-Character spaces, ect? I'm more comfortable leaving that for other people.

As an Admin I;

Am the newest of the three. I was 'promoted', per se, in march-ish of 09. However, I am the oldest at 18. I'm probably the most judgmental and the most critical of the three of us. If there's something wrong-with your application, your character or an overall discrepancy, I'll probably be the one to point it out. I'm also the person who has the least difficulty in bitching someone out. I have a somewhat volatile temper, though I'm very good at realizing when I'm being irrational. Suffice to say, if you're a guest or a member that needs a "come to jesus" conversation, it'll probably be me giving it to you. I'm the one who goes crazy over un updated lists and things that don't match up. I tend to have a number of ongoing 'projects' that keep getting updated.

Things that make me tick are;

Unupdated lists. Claims pages, patronuses, ect.
Rude individuals.
Guests who think we're going to kick off an established member so you can take their character.
Crappy, static characters.
Whiny characters.

Hypocrisy
Inactive people trying to make more characters
People being inactive IC but posting in the cBox frequently

Have a horse. I show, so there will be weekends that I won't be around when I'm doing show-prep, schooling or showing. I teach lessons when I can't avoid it. I have a friend in Ohio that I visit and she doesn't have the internet. I do go out for late nights and may not be on, then. I sleep in. Don't expect me in the mornings unless I can help it. I do road-trips, so there may be fourteen days where I'm gone, sporadically. I might be around here frequently, but I do have a life!
