I do not wish to put points into work on making characters, even though it is usually the most expedient and fair method. Too any that visited RtE, this is a given; I believe in points. However, for simplification's sake and an act of good faith, there will, as of the moment, not be any points regarding player characters.
However, let me give you an idea of the level of ability we're talking here, with a few common examples and classification.
Seeker: This is the level of most of your characters, and represents the usual young and inexperienced adventurer. This does not mean your character is always a brash youth with a mysterious past, nor a total wuss. Seekers still wield powers and abilities that make them stand out from the crowd, just nothing quite... well, world shattering. Popular Examples: Gandalf the Grey(Fellowship), Eragon(Inheritance, Book 1)
Hero:: This level is for more experienced adventurers, ones that have trully come up in the world; his name has spread all over, and his enemies trully fear them. The power difference between a Hero and a Seeker is between a Master and a Gifted Student. Where a Seeker can strike down ten men with a fireball, a Hero could kill thirty with the same spell. I don't want many of these, and PM me if you itend to make one. Popular Examples: Aragorn(RotK), Richard(LFG)
