Is it possible to get multiple houses or sell your old house so you can get a new one? I bought my 13,000c house with the intent on it being temporary as I saved up for a mansion. I now have enough for a mansion, but I can't get it...

It's currently impossible to own more than one house or to sell your house. I appologize, but this is necessary to keep people from buying all the houses up then trying to sell them to others at outragious prices.
