The cussing rule has been removed, but i still don't want
this to be a flame house. if cussing is used exessivly, a mod
will edit the post to fit a pg-13 ear.

moving on, no flaming aloud. this site is to view
our own talents not to fight with out fellow members.

keep the language at english, though this will not be
a very enforced law. still, all of us want to be in the
conversation.

no SPAMMING. i don't want any post in which the only
thing posted is "LOL". or "LMAO".(except in the spam section.)

there will be a section for chatting.

no double posting, in case you DO, just edit the second
post to something else.

ok. POSTING RULES ARE OVER. the real stuff.

the manga. how can my manga be in RTM? you ask.

this is what to do.

when you have an idea, or a manga already done,
(be it in a notebook or in papers or anything) you PM
some sketches and the plot.

with this i decide if it can be in the site. we work everything
out and i create a new thread just for your manga.
(just like the MECHA REIGN MANGA.)

remember no cussing and NO NUDITY, fan service is ok though.
as long as its not that racy. >3...

NEW: oh, and this has happened to some manga ka here, and so i'm
adding this rule. whenever a new chapter is posted, all the comments
are to go in the COMMENTS section. NOT in the chapters topic.
the chapters section is ONLY for the actual manga to be posted.
the COMMENTS section is for the CC and the compliments.
