Terrific game. If Total War and Men of War got together and had a baby, it would look like Wargame. Set during the Cold War era, I see it as a great change of pace from Shogun2. It's strengths are Shogun2's weaknesses. Super fast load time. Very quick battle list matchmaking. True replay fidelity. Much fewer crashes. It's drawbacks include spammy ranked battles (so I'm told). Limited single player scenaios. And lack of strong community.

Worth trying M1A1's vs T80's when you're tired of White Bears versus Black Bears.

Much less "arcade-y" than World in Conflict.

WIC 4 LYFE!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a good game but for me it just doesnt have all the necessary things that make me want to play it again. graphics of the game are not very pretty, spamming is super annoying. and line of sight is just as big of a game changer as in FOTS. GOD HATE LOS!!!

Spam seems to have been fixed quite a bit. As for LOS, I find it to be a very important aspect in these strategy games that makes them so absorbing. I'm not sure why peeps are complaining about LOS in Wargame or Shogun. It's like complaining about physics and realism.

Well, they do because of a simple reason : when you're used to "no fog of war", like in Shogun, it's pretty hard to come back to a real LOS game where you can't plan until you scout smile.gif
