Summary: Ally Richardson and Lily Evans have been friends since they were eleven years old. In their most dramatic, and last, year at Hogwarts, Lily finds herself tearing down her walls of prejudice against the Marauders, and Ally decides to pull down the veils in which she uses to hide herself.

Appearance: Even though the graphics don't show it (I wanted a UFG, because I was tired of waiting for artists to respond to my threads), Ally has chocolate brown hair; reddening cheeks; fair, freckled skin; warm, brown eyes; and pink lips. She has a rather unbecoming birthmark on the back of her neck, which she keeps hidden by keeping her down. She is of average height and weight, and is thankful for being, well, average.

Quirks: Ally goes out of her way to be kind to people, and to be unseen. She'll even hide in a closet if she must, and yet she spends the majority of her time reading into her friend, Lily's, actions. She is often described as odd by people who gossip about her, and though she tries to hide it, she feels as if she's getting punched rather than having remarks thrown about here and there. The only person she's moderately outgoing is with Lily, who alone knows Ally's true thoughts, for she is the only one Ally confides to.

Special Skills: Ally is gifted at Astronomy, though she has hardly any patiences for it. She often sits about, staring at her star chart, wondering if the work could simply do itself. She despises having to go up to the Astronomy tower, looking through telescopes at the night sky, and would rather be curled up by the fireside with a good book in her hands. She also knows practically any Healing spell, as her mother is a Healer, and dole them out without much effort, but hardly ever uses them or thinks of them outside of home.

Anti-Skills: Ally hates Transfiguration, the one and only subject in which Lily isn't of much help. She doesn't ever understand the concept of the spells, especially the silent ones, and often makes something appear instead of Vanishing it. It also doesn't help that every time they go in there, the Marauders are sitting in front or behind them, showing off.

Romantic Interests: At the beginning of the story, Ally daydreams about a certain boy. She knows not of whom he is, though the reader is very well aware, but later that chapter, or perhaps the next (I can't very remember), she realizes who he is: Frank Longbottom. She tries, vainly, at first to do away with the crush, but when the seventh years are paired up for a Charms project, and she is with him, Ally becomes aware that most likely her infatuation isn't just that.

Personality: Ally is a very timid, demure seventh year. If it weren't for Lily, she wouldn't be able to live through life, day after day. Ever since her third year, when her mother began to go to back to work, she was often left alone during her summer holidays, and mostly signed up to stay over the winter, except when she went to Surrey with Lily, enduring Petunia's snide remarks along with her friend. Ally does enjoy her schoolwork, most of the time, but after a while becomes very bored. It always takes a lot coaxing from Lily to keep her at it. The only person Ally reveals the majority of her thoughts and what she would have wanted to do is with Lily, who, even though she tries to understand, takes in none of it. However, Ally will sit on her own and dwell on Lily's disposition for almost hours at a time, wondering why she was acting oddly, and how long it would go on for.

Enemies/rivals: As has been said before, Ally tries to keep to herself. However, when she begins dating Frank, she may well be having eneimies.

Friends: Ally's only friend is Lily Evans. However, when Lily is accepted as Head Girl and begins neglecting Ally, Ally realizes that no matter how much she understands Lily, Lily will never fully understand her. Though they usually spend every second of the schoolday together, Ally comes to realize that she doesn't miss Lily's presence, but actually wants Frank Longbottom's.

Hobbies: Ally daydreams whenever she is bored. Her reveries are very interesting to herself, but to others they can be quite boring. She can picture everything in them, down to the last detail. Ally also likes reading, but it isn't mentioned in the story much.

What is his/her goal in life?

Ally's goal to her life is not to be so demure around people. She wants to go about, doing things she likes, without the worry of what people would think, or say about her.

Would the character change for someone they liked?

Ally is too timid to do anything like that.

What do they appreciate most in life?

Ally appreciates life most, to put it generally. She likes animals, trees, and anything that's, well, alive.

What would the character say about himself/herself?

Ally probably wouldn't say much. She might divulge her life story, but wouldn't say anything on the subject of her persona.

What is the purpose of your OC (why are they in the story?)?

Ally's Lily's best friend, and she falls in love with Frank Longbottom.
