What can I say about Courtney? Its scary to hand your work over to someone who you've gotten to know well and is a friend of yours. But what is so wonderful about Courtney is her dedication to what she's doing.

Not only does she make her changes very clear, her suggestions and thoughts are also applied to help you improve, but also to let you know if she feels you are heading in the right direction. If she is unsure of something or you don't make something clear enough, she will question you.

At the same time, she also doesn't take offense if you don't like her suggestions or feel like something is fine as it is. But what I love most about Courtney is her want to make YOU happy. If, at the end, you still aren't happy, or feel that your story needs to be looked over again, then Courtney is happy to do so. She's not happy, unless you are - so you know that no-matter what happens to your story, the changes, the edits, the suggestions and comments...all of it will make both the Author and this Beta happy :)

I have never known another beta who is as dedicated as Courtney is. I know that ALL Beta's are careful about their work...but I found that Courtney is just someone who will go sentence by sentence if she must, she also has a partner in crime...A mysterious, but obviously fantastic 'K'!! I dunno who you are dear, but if you are helping Courtney and giving back something that makes an Author proud of his/her story, then I cosider you a legend too :)...You know your story is in the best of hands when you sent it to Courtney and I love her for that!!! :elena78:
