Heya jessi! I just wanted to update you (because I believe that the world revolves around me and everyone cares what I'm doing at this precise moment in time). Anyway, I figured out the plot line of my fic for the challenge, right? I just wanted to see what you thought.
Ok, so you know how the sonnet is about the persona saying how much he hates what's going on with the world, and how people who don't deserve some things get them, and people who do get nothing and are even ridiculed, etc, so he wants to die except that will take him away from his One True Love? Well, I was taking a bit of a gawk at Nick and Helga's profiles, just to see what I could dig up, and they could, technically, have been alive at the same time. So, I was thinking, right, that the fic would be of Nick's thoughts just as he's been disconnected from his body, and he's wondering whether to choose death or to be a ghost. And because he doesn't want to leave Helga alone, he's thinking through all this, about how he hates the world and blah blah, but helga, oh how he LOVES her! ^_^ So. I just told you the plot, and you won't need to read it now. But anyway. I'm going to start writing it soon. :P
