MYSTERIOUS WEDDING KIDNAPPING

This was the word on lips today as John182's soon-to-be wife was kidnapped earlier this morning. Witnesses say there had been a stranger just before, known as MOM, and as a puff of smoke came down, the bride and this 'MOM' disappeared. Wedding attendees believe this had been a kidnapping by the so-called MOM, others say it was something called a 'Random Event'.

John182 was devestated by this happening. He was quoted saying, 'It was bound to happen sometime. I only wish it didn't happen to me'. The priest of the wedding had been in the middle of his 'Do you' speeches when it occured. Though unconfirmed, there have been other sightings of MOM right before kidnappings. In a prehaps related story, the Wise Old Man of Draynor Village's bed seems to be moving more fiercely every time there is an account of this. Upon being asked this, the man threatened to report us to the council of watchmen. We believe this MOM character and the Wise old Man may be somehow related. Our old reporter was found dead two days later, the same day as the attack on the Draynor village bank. Now, we are curious about all of this, but we believe there is no relation between the two occurances.

On the subject, the Draynor bank was repaired after the robbery, thanks in part to an anonymous donor, who has been said to have recently acquired a vast fortune. The Wise old Man has been heard complaining about a shortage of runes, something about attacks, raids, and the wizard tower. The watchman squad has been recently enforced in the bridge sector. They believe it would be best to supply a teleport spell for the tower and destroy the bridge to prevent attackers. The head wizards, however, are currently objecting to this.

Five days after the wedding, the bride had been found in a heap on the ground, lifeless, stripped of all valuables and thrown in a cage. She was covered in rotten tomato paste, and the guard who runs the cages said she was brought in as a suspect at the scene of a crime. The Wise Old Man was asked about his opinion on the latest disturbance, and responded by saying 'What happens, happens. We must all get on with our lives and not let it slow us down,' and with that, he retreated to his bedroom, dropping a receipt for a wedding ring for a 'John182'.

This is all quite shocking, disturbing, and in some cases, just plain weird, but as we always say, THE TRUTH SHALL BE REVEALED!
