According to the people you talk to. You may get different stories. They say this building is haunted by the old principal and his spirit is said to mainly hit the female dorms. Sometimes the male showers. Basically anywhere, but the main activity is found within the female dorms and male shower rooms.

Anyways. The story supposedly goes like this;;

The principal's wife had been seen around the vice principal quite a bit. Like. More than she should have been seen. Rumors went around that she was having an affair with the vice.
Worst part?
The vice was a female.
Of course, coming home late one day, he walked into his house only to hear a few noises coming from the bedroom. You guessed it. When he had walked in, he seen his wife and the Vice Principal together. Not a pretty sight.
They[The principal and his wife] agreed to getting a divorce. Although the Principal was quite hurt by this deal. He had began to mope about the school and he was losing his 'energy' as some put it. He was actually only 27 years of age.
Finally late one night, after a meeting and the vice was gathering her stuff before leaving and walking out to the Parking Lot. The Principal lost it and ended up murdering the Vice Principal. Then the next day while investigating the murder scene, the police went into his office only to see his dead body surrounded by blood and a message on the window which read 'Aren't You Glad It Was A Woman?'

For a few years it had been debated if he had killed himself or someone else killed him. The death was so tragic that they had closed down the school with reportings of students dieing. Some say it was his ghost picking off the females because he had gained a hatred to that of the female gender ever since his wife had cheated on him.

The activity slowed down, so after some renovations they had decided to open the school back to public once more. They had hired a principal that was a female and strangely resembled the vice principal and a Vice Principal that seemed to be kind of... A bit off.

But then the activity started back again.
