As much as I don't like making topics for one unimportant question, my brother just brought one up.

In number one, I quote, "She, like all Moon Children, was born Immortal." Referencing Mani, yes? And then, "We Immortals cannot die. We have no offspring, so our numbers do not rise."

So. Sabata and Django just popped out of the ground, huh? Oh my. I want to have kids like that.

My apologies if it's been answered before. I've been inactive for ages, heheh. Just something that amused me/a plothole I'm wondering if anyone can answer.

Maybe it was in the sense that two immortals can't have children together? Ringo certainly doesn't fit the immortal bill.

...and now I curse you for making me think of what would come out if Polidori had relations with a human woman. O_o;;

I'm not quite sure that all Lunar Kindred are born Immortal, since Mani had mroe of the 'affection' of the moon, as Hel had the 'lunacy', Mani might have been born more human.

As far as the game goes, Mani was never described as Immortal, and Sabata had Dark Matter within himself without becoming Immortal. So, even if Mani had some Dark Matter, she might not have been Immortal.

We could answer it with that cure-all proposition;

"Whenever you notice something like that...a wizard did it."

That's what it meant. That 2 immortals can't have a kid. so then Hel and The Count can't have "relations" (imagine that) and have a baby (imagine that).

And Polidori and a human having a baby, well thats almost as bad as django and sabata's man-baby....

Ah, so that's what it meant. I must've beat that game 23847239423 times, and it still seemed odd.

The lines that inspired that question were those that Hel says right before you fight here, where she was talking about Mani and all that lovely sisterly stuff. She does say that all Lunar children are Immortal.

Django and Sabata's man-baby? Hel and the Count's kid? Polidori's? That...that is the reason why people need medication. XD

I think mani gave up her immortality to be with ringo because notice she DIED Hel said immortals could not die. I think it said something about that/

Otenko did say that Mani kept her identity hidden from Django, and that she wanted to live and die a human life.

maybe Mani was born different from other Lunar Children or maybe Hel was born differently.
