We are a multi fandom site, based loosely on DW/TW. Many other fandoms accepted provided you have a valid explanation why you're here. TW 1 is still gone but Jack might be rebuilding it with the help of others.
We are open and accepting for literate, semi-adult role play. Please look over things and get to know us.

Torchwood Three
Torchwood Three, whose base is also known as the Hub, primarily serves as a monitoring station for the Cardiff spacetime Rift. Whereas the London branch staffed hundreds of individuals, the Cardiff branch is considerably smaller and only staffs a small team of experts, hired by Captain Jack and described as a "renegade outpost". It is located beneath Roald Dahl Plass, and may be entered via an "invisible lift" in the Plass, or through a run-down Tourist Information Centre nearby.
The reputation of Captain Jack Harkness and Torchwood Three is one widely known.
