got me nice shiney pm up n over pipe in the post today and in the instructions(wtf) it says to drill the casings!!!!!!! any advice cheers

stick the manifold onto the barrel loosly then offer the pipe to that and you will roughly see where the the bracket that needs drilling fits which is on top of the engine casing see attached pic andy and you can just see where it goes

its all right it is only in the flywheel fan area.
 should be a rubber mount and a 13 headed m8 kinda afair to hold pipe to cases.   -------------------- EACSR
