Just for background info, I keep two of my scooters in the workshop at work due to a lack of space at home. The raiders came at 9 in the evening in a Mitsubishi pickup truck with a lorry ramp for loading purposes. They took out the front door using the ramp as a ram, also broke only one internal door the one with all the power tools in and cleared them out. Seems it was somebody who has had a good look around and knew what they were coming for. Over the last couple of months we have been having lots of courier deliveries, my theory is that one of these drivers is doing a little overtime or scouting business premises for others.

had a text last week from nev in studley that ade had both his vespa and lammy stolen last week from the redditch /stratford area,not far from south brum,maybe the same thieving fucks

Sounds like a professional job to me mate,and in past experiences of this type of hit I wold`nt hold up much hope of getting it back!

Awww come on don't resist. If you have anything amusing or interesting to contribute lets have it, gawd knows I could do with a laff.

But before you let rip F.Y.I. I already know that it is a lowly Li125 not an Indian GP, and I realise that it is only running a rock solid GT186 perfectly set up a week ago by Alan at Diablo rather than a 225 that needs a top end re-build every 250 miles. I also know that it has a couple of lamps and mirrors which from the colour of my hair you will deduce are more relevant to me than a skelly cut down or street race style. I know that this style of scooter isn't the norm in this forum but I hope that in spreading the word as wide as possible we can catch out these scum who might come knocking on your door next time.

That being said, like I say lets have it, I could do with a laff.

Too many theiving scum around on our scene. Hope you get your scooter back fella... Oh and post the pictures of the leg breaking process if you do get lucky...

Unfortunately this is true and i also wish you the best of luck in having such a smart scooter returned in one piece mate.
