SBW News:...... Chelski & Shazza have moved to the Lord Hill pub in Uxbridge.......SBW Party 4 - Feb 13th..Roade Ex-Servicemens Club, Northants. All the usual SBW sounds, if you're expecting the norm - sorry, we don't play that game....... Well done to Malky for winning the SBW Saddle Sore trophy, and equally to Cindy for winning the SBW Rally goer championship. Good luck both for next year...... PM Ade, JV or Guy to add news.

Fekn scoots keeps cuttin out on me (ref. my other posts!!). Been advised today that it might be the Atomiser jet (what's that anyway) Does anyone know what the setting should/might be for my LML 150 with sito+. This is what i've got at the mo. :- :- Air corrector = 160
Mixer = E3
Main = 104
Slow running = 45 - 140
Starter jet = 60
Oh! It's a 20/20 Spaco Carb

not done a standard motor for many moons now but that sounds about right

what makes you think its the jets?
i honestly wouldnt have a clue without riding it and having it cut out on me then im sure i would find it

this is cally from ayr way aint it

if so plenty of good spannermen round your way, scally for 1 if you can get him to talk sense for 5 mins

Was talkin to the local mech today and that's what he came up with.Bought a new coil, lead, supressor cap, plug and a new stator fae Vivo last week, and it's just as bad as ever. wacko.gif

Try an Italian BE3 atomiser, the LML E3 is completely different and has less air holes.
Get one from a Rally, or Mk1 PX as they were the best, the newer BE3's have smaller holes than the early ones, they restricted them to meet emissions regs.

iff all the carb options have been gone over .take a look at your fuel flow my bitsa p2 was giving me trouble went through the carb as you are and found the problem to be my petrol tap not openig properly rubber was worn in the tap ,

Ade, would an E1 mixer work as i've got one of them lying around?

Here you go Ade. There's 12 of these holes around the shaft. They seem to me as if they're slightly larger than me LML one!user posted image

That looks better than the E3, it has more holes and they are larger diameter to let more air flow.
The BE3 has the same amount of holes as the pic of the E1 but the holes on a BE3 are 1.5mm, can't tell how big they are on the E1 pic but I would guess around 1mm?
I have some converted to BE3 spec I will trade your E3, send it to me with a postage paid/stamped return envelope, i will convert yours and keep it for the next person.
I use my milling machine to convert them with a 1.5mm drill.

Superb m8! ahl pop it in the post tomorrow. tried it in the carb today and it ran better. didn't conk out on me to work or back again but did feel a little rough
