No. Not only have you taken over a major NPC (Clipper) but you have taken over the entire faction with your post. I know we don't have a lot of info for Havoc or DOA, but come on, man. We haven't forgotten about them. Leave running the faction to us.

Also, how probable is it for poverty-stricken street gang leaders to be sitting at a council in suits and ties? Once again, we're talking about poverty-stricken gangs here.

And no. You are not being promoted by an NPC you're controlling. That's borderline godmoding as it would inadvertently increase your authority rating.

Sorry there, always had the idea that havoc was like the Godfather, take note that God father was not the strongest rival family. So I was thinking more like a mob boss but with the lack of really knowing what kinda system havoc is running im just running here in the dark. Truly not my intention of controlling the fraction. Ironically my character was going to deny the praise of being promoted. Should have done it all in one but writing not my field of expertise. That said I if you want me to just delete the whole caboodle after the info on the current situation of the Ivies.

Ivies

Rhan and Kalvin had departed later before it grew dark as words were exchange, a small bound was form but Kalvin had no time to pay court with Rhan. Though the taught seem welcoming, he had no time for such things. Now with in the confines of his room he had all ready eat well, the orbs now floating around the room shining an aura of light.

“The hell im going to do with these things”

Kalvin now relaxing on his bed, staring at the ceiling, he left one of the orbs in Rhan possession so she could figure out what the hell these things are for him. Perhaps they belong to the Axis system but it just a taught. He can vaguely remember how he came into owning these blue balls. Through trial and error he learn how to turn on and off the lights and able to make these things move and cloak. He was keeping this secrete from havoc, less they know about his affairs the better. His phone now charge, Kalvin was curious on how havoc might respond from the bombing. He seen the footage and heard the rumors, he was upset. He had a vendetta towards metro cops and if not DOA, he suspected that Gyeong Family was at fault. Every one is profiting but the refugees, if only he could move forward. He got up and starting lighting some candles, his room was big but lack lights and windows. There was good reason why he had such a spacious room, havoc street soldiers would use his room to stock weapons time from time. He himself had to steal arms and later keep them over night to later be distributed around the Ivies. Arm shipments and Raids made him familiar with shooting and using guns but he was no sharp shooter. Hell he never carries a gun at most a scalpel or old authentic stethoscope.

“What am I doing here”
His hands running through his hair, he was lost and upset and trouble from all the violence. Still upset over the death of his friend. Connor and Alicia had been calling him all through out the day, the bombing was now old news over the net and t.v.

Jim hung up and snuck out of Bailey's apartment and into his own. He quickly walked across the room to his pathetically small kitchen and grabbed a pack of menthol cigarettes off the counter and hastily lit one up. It calmed him down-- barely; it was no narcotic.

Still tense, he tried every emotional check he could think of. He looked through his cabinets to see if he had any booze hard enough to lighten him up. Nothing. Just a few beers, and like they'd help any. It'd have to do, he thought, grabbing one out of the fridge.

Time was the only cure for his rage. After a few minutes, he was calm. Frustrated, but calm. It was perfect timing, as his house phone soon rang. On the hook's glasscreen appeared a still-photo of a pretty 20-something girl with brown hair and an incorruptible smile. Jim picked up the receiver and hooked it around his ear, fixing the position of the microphone.

"How's it going, Nikki?" he greeted, his frustration quickly diminishing as a slight smile formed against his will.

"ISIS!" Alex yelled again, checking his sidearm for the nineteenth bazillion time.
"For once I'm a bit eager for a job." He mumbled again and sat onto his bed. "Even if the job is getting shot at on a regular basis."

"Any news on the possibility of us getting sent out to play bullet caplunk?" Keith snapped, tossing a Snickers bar at Alex, munching on his.
"Thanks." Alex said quietly after failing to catch the candy, having it hit his chin before falling to his lap. "I'm not really into get shot at. But I like to earn my pay." He said, before taking a bite from the bar.

"Though boredom and, something else might play a role in this." He quietly added.
