Keerla had stumbled upon the Botanical gardens quite by accident as she was out exploring. Not wanting Tatia to accidentally trample any of the plants under foot she had tied her loosely to a tree branch. Then moved into the garden itself.

Large blue eyes widened with awe at the extensiveness of the gardens pausing now and again to touch a plant here, graze her fingers over a petal there. After a while she took out her satchel that carried her own set of herbs inside and knelt in the dirt to dig up a few roots she spotted that would make good polituces for burns and rashes, totally heedless of her velvet gown or the long tresses of dark hair that fell forward to frame her face as she worked.

Once she had what she needed she returned the earth to its previous state having left behind seeds to replace the roots she had taken. She spoke a soft blessing over the heedy turned up earth then stood slowly. She gently brushed the earth from her gown barely noticing the dirt stanes that she would have a hard time getting out later.

She wandered a bit more exploreing the wondrous glory of the place. She would pause here and there to take deep breaths in and out loving the smell of plants and earth and fresh air. She was content here in Oshenna. A contentment that had not touched her in two years. She leaned up against a tree and smiled softly lifting long delicate fingers to touch upon that signet ring Xavier had given her just a few days before. Her smile deepened as she recalled his blushes as he had asked to court her.

Fingers dropped to rest her arm across her waist Bright blue gaze lingering on the darkening night sky. She supposed she should get back, and as if to answer that thought she heard Tatia snort and stomp her hoof as if to say " hurry up I am hungry." She chuckled and pushed away from the tree and headed back to the beautiful arabian mare that had, again, been given to her by Xavier.

She stroked the mare's velvety nose softly and kissed her silky forehead. She smiled warmly then in one smooth motion she landed in the saddle with a sleek effortless ease born of someone who was no stranger to riding a spirited animal. With a soft click of her tongue the pair were off returning to Tethys Manor just before the sun sank into the horizon.
