After his comment she gave the best grin a wolf could manage, finding it rather amusing that anger had helped him win the battle. She had no clue what forms of anger helped out, but it didn't matter much to her because the evil entity was gone for good. And then he asked a simple question regarding food, merely nodding her head once to show she acknowledged what he said and would get something. Hunting was natural for her after all, especially in her wolf form which she had constantly used to track down prey to keep herself alive over the years.

Patiently she waited until he drifted off before she headed out into the forest, tracking down a path she could've sworn she found deer. Much to her luck she found a small group, stalking them for a while before she quickly targetted a single one, pouncing out of the brush she was hiding in and taking it down. It was an older deer, struggling behind the rest and appeared to be struggling, so she felt it was best to use it for prey. Once it was dead she shifted back to her human form and carefully brought it back to the 'camp' where he was sleeping to cut up the meat.

It had taken her a while to actually find something worthy of even cutting the meat, the rock barely able to tear it apart but it was enough to at least seperate the pieces. A few she stored in larger leaves she found laying around, tying them up with small pieces of rope to keep it from spoiling out in the open as she had learned. The few pieces off to the side she planned to cook, keeping them within a bundle of leaves until he woke up. Or, at least until maybe she woke up, because she felt safe enough to sleep herself. Resting peacefully against the tree behind her she dozed out, though not fully asleep as usual. It took her a good hour to actually fully fall asleep, always had, but it would help out if something did get close.

He slept for a very, very long time. Having not slept for what seemed like forever, his body was straining. In truth, he was very close to dying a slow and agonizing death because he was so tired and hadn't rested. Strictly speaking, when he laid down he actually passed out and fell into a deep coma. There wasn't any other way to put it. Scientifically that's how he would have been diagnosed. While she went off to hunt down the deer he lay in a coma, dreaming good dreams instead of watching Visio work. A definite positive change. When he woke up he would be well rested.

But he didn't wake up the next day. No, he didn't wake up until the day after that. He twitched slowly when he did and nearly hurt himself because his muscles were so tight. He groaned slightly and curled up for a few moments, reluctant to actually wake up. But he did, and slowly he opened his eyes to look around. Only then did he realize that he was still in the depths of the jungle. He sighed slightly, but he did feel better and so he smiled just a bit before he sat up and looked around.

"Raven?"

During the time her companion rested Raven had merely kept an eye out for any signs of danger, constantly moving and shifting between forms to keep them both safe for the time being. None of this behavior was new to her really when it came down to it, the main change was the fact she was mostly focused in a single area instead of moving to different spots over time. She only ate small portions of the meat here and there to keep her energy left and didn't dare to sleep once, afraid to let down her guard because she could easily tell he wasn't going to wake up for a good while.

In fact it was a large relief when he finally woke up, his timing pretty accurate to when she was actually cooking some of the meat to eat herself. Carefully getting up from her spot while carefully handling the freshly cooked meat she walked over to his spot, crouching down within a comfortable distance from him, hiding her tiredness with a small smile. She was used to a small amount of sleep, but not sleeping for nearly two days straight never really helped, especially with having to be constantly on the move or guarding someone the entire time.

"Thought it'd take you longer to wake up for some reason, but you have good timing! Here, eat this." After saying this she held out the piece of meat to him, carefully staying balanced on the balls of her feet despite her body wanting her to just sit down and fall asleep. She was exhausted, only the emotions in her eyes revealing this because her natural ability to hide how she really felt through facial expressions.
