It's a big place out there with plenty of overrun cities. The entire US is under the control of NINE. Small towns hold out and provide safe haven for VG heroes, but nowhere is safe. NINE is everywhere and they will find you eventually if you're not careful. Anywhere in the US is free game in this forum, including territories.

Canada
Canada is far less populous than the rest of North America. The density is incredibly small and much of it is covered in forest and other such landscapes. Some of the best places to hide are in Canada. But NINE does control satellites that can help them find you.

The Rest of North America
North America is mostly comprised of the United States and Canada, but other such land masses like Mexico and Greenland exist as well. And there are plenty of islands to go along with them.
