TERMS OF USE

"Total and complete discretion in the application (or lack thereof) of this system is reserved by administration at all times." Basically it means you (the members) have to follow the rules, not us, if we don't think someone who got 4 warnings needs to be suspended we won't, and if we think someone needs to be banned right away, we'll do that.

"The management of this board reserves the right to refuse/discontinue service to any person at any time."

We believe protecting the privacy and security of actors, actresses of the show and any other individuals associated is our top priority. Any action considered necessary by staff will be taken to protect this right.

We have three classes of rules that are simple and easy to follow. Here is a description of the three different rule classes.

I.) Mandatory Rules
These are rules that everyone must follow, and will be strictly enforced. While these rules are in place, the final discretion is still up to the individual admin or moderator who executes the punishment.
Punishment - Warning Levels will be adjusted according to extent of offence and go up in increments of 25%.
25% - Automatic Warning for minor offences.
50% - Probation
75% - Extreme Misconduct
100% - Up for Temporary Suspension of Account or Ban

Rules:
1) No Spamming or Flooding.
2) You may not post any offensive material; this includes, but is not limited to, vulgar, hateful, racist, obscene, profane, or sexually oriented material.
3) You may not harass or attack any member of this board.
4) You may not post Warez, Crackz, or Porn. This includes links to pages that contain that content. You may not post any material that is copyrighted, unless you own the copyright.
5) No Objectionable avatars (IE: porn, etc).
Special Case Rules:
Violations of these rules may result in a permanent ban, regardless of the number of offences.
1) You may not attempt to 'hack' our forums; this includes trying to access our Control Panel, attempting to recover members passwords, or attempting to corrupt our forum. Your computer’s IP address is logged every time you visit this site and may be traced or investigated at our discretion if deemed necessary.
2) Do not ban evade or help someone else ban evade.

II.) Judgment Rules
These rules are not as strictly enforced, and the moderators and admins will decide if the offence warrants punishment.
Punishment - Punishments for these rules are not as severe, since the offences are somewhat subjective. Basically these will normally result in a warning; however, repeated offences can result in probation status. Violation of these rules will never result in a ban.
Rules:
1) Don't drag threads off topic. IE: If the thread is about a game, don't steer the conversation toward another subject.
2) Don't post large images or use excessive amounts of emoticons.
3) Don't post any kind of annoying nonsense messages, such as all-caps messages and long "lol" strings.
4) Post in the correct forum.

III.) Guidelines
Description - General guidelines to follow.
Punishment - There are no punishments for these, their simply common sense stuff. Guidelines:
1) Please do not ask to be a moderator; we will ask for volunteers when we feel that another moderator is needed.
2) If you experience a problem with the board, let us know so that we can fix it.
3) Feel free to report any posts that may be in violation of our rules.
4) Please understand that we are not monitoring these boards 24 hours a day, and that many of us have classes and/or jobs, so we can not always immediately address problems with the board.
5) If you have a good idea that you think would improve our forums, don't hesitate to let us know, we may just add your idea to the forums.

Appeals:
If you feel that you have been unfairly punished by an administrator or moderator, you may e-mail the Admin and let us know. We will evaluate each case, and may overturn a punishment if we deem it necessary.

Moderators and Administrators:
Our staff of moderators and administrators are there to make sure that everyone can enjoy these forums. Please treat them with respect. Do not abuse, attack, or harass any admin or moderator; it will do you no good and will result in being banned from our forums.
