This is kind of the Oscars for the Audio industry - in fact George Lucas won it a few years ago (probably for Skywalker Sound, THX or similar). X-Comp is nominated in the category of SIGNAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY/SOFTWARE alongside such other plugins as Antares Harmony Engine and Waves The API Collection. I hope I win it, but to be even nominated alongside such greats as Robert Moog and Rupert Neve is an honour in itself. Didn't win I'm afraid. It's down to a public vote. The winner (Waves API) emailed everyone to vote for them, they even emailed me - cheeky bastards. I guess SSL's marketing department didn't want to do that.....
