Arcadia, a play by Tom Stoppard - I've read quite a few of his works and I like them all. Some of you might know his work from the movies: "Enigma", "Shakespeare in Love", "Brazil", "Rosencrantz and Guildenstsern are Dead", etc.

Last one for me was "Knife of Dreams" by Robert Jordan.

Waited two years for this, and got through it in about 3 days. Now I have to wait another two years for the next one.

Typical.

Like me with "A Song of Ice and Fire". But I'm still looking to read the fourth one. Pope, on the other hand, has read it after waiting for six years or so...

I'm going to make a rule that says I should only read series of books which are complete, so that I don't have to wait to see how they end.

Damn my impatience.

Ah yes.

I couldn't put it down.

Other things I've read lately would include:

++The Crucible
++The Life Millenium
++A Taste of Blackberries

and... I FINALLY finished The Client!
I swear I've been reading that book off and on for the past four years.

QUOTE (Coldwynn @ Jan 5 2006, 12:17 PM)
Arcadia, a play by Tom Stoppard

I think I've seen this as a movie, though I'm not sure. Futuristic, emotionless wasteland battling-stuff, right??

Recently, I have read the preface to Don Quixote de La Mancha. I think the author took damage from writing the book. I hope I'll be arsed to read it, though. Have been trying for years.
