Funnily enough the name for the character Demetrius Bane actually belongs to a vampire from a pre-production (and it has been for the last 8 years grrr) novel called Fevered Eternity. I'm just borrowing the title. Although this Bane and that Bane have clashing personalities.

Urm... what to tell you about Demmy other than the fact that you should never call him Demmy. I dunno, he's a vampire. Which I guess is a given. He prefers moonlit strolls to those lit by the sun, for obvious reasons. Looking for a lady who doesn't mind a bit of danger or has a death wish... oh wait not a dating site.

The basics are pretty well, basic. He likes it if you refer to him as Bane as opposed to Demetrius and certainly not by his human name of Taddy. He likes to be seen as someone who is capable of looking after himself and takes offence to being considered 'young and inexperienced'. He can be a bit of a prick most of the time, and loves a bit of dry sarcasm and the odd insinuating comment. All in all he isn't much of a people person but he's a pretty calm guy which doesn't really fit together. Not really big into the belief that there's someone out there for everyone, nor is he keen on the concept of love. Lust yes, love not so much.

Urm, not sure what I'm supposed to be telling you about him to be honest. Just rambling about things that didn't much fit into his application. Extra details I guess, and also adding in filler here and there where my brain goes dead and I can't think of intelligent things to write. Hence all the urms.
