Didn't believe me did you?

Here is the place for Alan's fans to gather and discuss his films, work, voice, meeting him, appearances and simply how sexy this god like creature is ;)

OMG..... that was him?? Wow... **fans herself** I'm just... WOW... **gobsmacked**

**recover herself**

Truth to say, I haven't seen most of his movies yet. Those that I've seen was HPs ( ), Sense and Sensibility (love him!!) and Love Actually. Alas, I'm not the kind that would go and buy all of a fave actor's DVD though, cause DVDs are expensive here! I would just simply wait in the dark quitely for their movie to come out on the TV or maybe catch it on the cinema... I know, sad eh? :P

That being said though, I love all movies that I've seen him! He just have this certain enigma, and aura all around him that makes it hard for you to look at other way when he's on screen... **sigh** If only I could meet him... **sigh** What a voice......

What's your favourite one, Carmel (if I may call you this? :))? Now, don't say all of them... :P Hmm... must be hard to pick eh?

Sure you can call me Carmel :)

It is extremely hard choosing my favourite Alan movie, as I have a massive collection (and I ain't kidding!)

Truly Madly Deeply would be one of my favourites, his beautiful movements and voice make it a pleasurable experience, and I must admit Alan makes me cry everytime I watch it. (Though most Alan movies have me on the verge of tears)

I must admit my favourite Alan villian is definately a tie between the ruthless Hans Gruber in Die Hard and George, Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin hood.

My favourite romantic Alan is Jamie in Truly Madly Deeply and Colonel Christopher Brandon in Sense & Sensibility.

Although if any I must say that the most dissappointing role seeing Alan in is as Lukas Hart III in Bob Roberts, he really doesn't get much screen time and it is hard to grasp what the character is really like.

The film with Alan I am most dying to see is most certainly Mesmer!

Ha ha that pic is priceless! I love it!

My favourite Rickman film would have to be 'Dogma'. It is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Now, where to buy the DVD......?

If you're looking to buy dvds or videos check out E-bay, Amazon, or talk to your local video store, quite often they are willing to import for you. You might find that you have to pay extra, and wait a while. But often it is worth the wait.
