OoC: All Welcome. I'd be insulted if you didn't think you were welcome.<3

Up the mounain, through the skies; a rare sight flickered through the night. A flash of white, a sight of feathers. Up flew the angel, through the starless sky. The heavens were cloudless, simply raw and plain. Nothing but the moon was up over the mountain, casting its silvery light upon the region, bathing it into a world of silver and black. The angel ascended to the mountain summit, where there it could finally look to the moon one more time. It was quiet, not a single sound made. It seemed as if the region itself was sleeping- all but the young angel.

His bright orange eyes stuck out from his pitch black pelt and the ebonite sky. They were stuck on the mountain, pupils narrowed against the bright light of the moon. He finally descended at the tip of the mountain, glorious ivory feathered wings folded neatly at his sides. He landed on a moss-covered rock, smiling as the moss felt good under his pads. The angel sighed, looking around, audits perked. Nobody was there. Good. Nobody to bother him in his time of silence. This routine was not unusual; he was always distant from others. Even for an angel, he seemed quiet and subdued.

Delirium turned his cranium torwards the moon, smiling. He was in his peaceful moment. This was rare at times when he wasn't like this; sitting on the top of the mountain, gazing at the moon. In other times, he acted like a total jerk. But hey, that didn't matter to him. He was whom he was, jerk or no jerk. A chuckle escaped slightly parted jowls. The fools- they knew nothing about him. They tried to force his nice side out at the beggining, but of course, things take time. What took the shortest time was his horrible wrath. He did not kill, but he fought. The pure-blooded angel sighed in comfort, reclining to his haunches on the moss colored rock, completely relaxed. However, in the inside he was prepared for any attack launched torwards him.

Maple's dainty creme paws picked their way over the rocky ground. It was shadowed by the trees. At least it had before shi had broke through the tree line. Now there were only the sharp rocks in the night lights. The stars and moon shining down onto sharp and moss coated stones each reaching for the sky. The wolf's maw split back some in a light pant. Hir legs burned from the incline, yet shi wasn't going to stop right now. This would have been easier if shi'd taken wing.

Hir multi-colored head shook the idea out of hir mind. No, shi'd get up near the top then take wing for the trip down. All the time to get up but only seconds to get back down. Some would said it was a pointless trip. Well, the dual gendered daughter of an angel wasn't some.

A back paw slipped as the surface became harder, more jagget. The wolf colored with the leaves of fall growled softly. Shi kicked hir legs jumping pass the troubled spot. Maple scrambled up on a large boulder. Hir legs were spread about hir as shi breathed in and out. The small wolf's chest heaved with each breath. Licking hir lips and nose shi blew a breath. With a toss of hir head, causing orange fur to fly, shi moved again. Hir breathing calm once more back to the soft pant shi had before.

Blunt claws dug back into the stony ground as shi continued hir venture up the mountain's side.
