Hanransha Doki, The rebel leader

Species: Human Cyborg
Appearance: A slender bald man in his best age. Averenge build, dark brown left eye (The right one is blue due to the electronics in it) and is mostly shaved. Both of his legs, his right arm, right eye and 2/3 if his torso have been replaced by machinery. His mechanical pars are in a dusty color so that it wouldn't reflect the sun in the desert.

Personality: A revelutionary that belives in uniting all the bid cities once again so that all of mankind can help eachother instead of every city only caring for its own dealings. He also means that the people should realise that the govermetns runs too much on its own and that the people should have a greater influence in the political openion.

He consider himself a great speaker of the people and mostly hopes to win over the masses though word. If that dosn't success, then attacking buildings owned by the goverment is the next step, to show people that they can survive without these buildings.

Dress: Since his lower body is missing he could in theory just walk around with no clothes on. However he prefers to be seen as a 'Full-Human' and wears base pants, shirt and jackets

Skills: He have a tactical mind, wich means that he always have a plan B or C ready if A dosn't work. Further more he have a lot of contacts around the city and therefor knows everything that is going on. This information has often saved his rebels in the past.

Weaknesses: Sometimes he can get rather aggressive if things dosn't go as he had planed it and in this stage he sometimes hurts people around him. Along with that he often puts himself into dangerous situations as he have a habit of beliving too much into himself and his mechanical body. This have often made him stand in the middle of the crossfire in the heat of battle.

Sometimes he's paranoid and son see enemys where none are, also in his own camp.

Weapons: His right arm can turned into two weapons. 1: A gun that sends a large bolt of energy toward the enemy. He can hold this steam for several seconds and use it to erase a large area all at once. however this secondary use of the gun often stain the arm and overheats it so he rarerly use it.
2: The fingers can work as a pleliser for eletric energy, in wich case the hand can be used as a stungun in hand to hand battle.

History: Doki of the Hanransha family was once a normal young man who had a normal life. After the first year of universery he became aware of the goverments misuse of its political power. In the begenning he simply hoped to fix this though politic, but he soon arranged demostrations against the goverment, hence he became a known name in the lines of the revelutionaries and in the undergrown enviroment. Then something went wrong. Some of the people demostrating began to attack the police, wich soon ended up in a massager. The police started shooting and killed many.

Doki survived but his right arm, eye, most of his body and both of his legs were too devastating to be saved. Since he was afraid of the police to turn up at the hospital he used his contacts in the undergrown to get his hands on illigal Cyborg equipment. After his covering he took a number of followers with him out into the desert where he now prey upon the city.

I like him so far and he's approved

I have one favor to ask, though...could you change his clothes to something that would be better in the desert. Black would not only be easy to spot but would overheat him.

Done and done. Was thinking about the overheating but then I thought that since most of him is metal, it would mostly only be his metal parts taht would overheat. However I agree that black might not be the best color to camoflage with :P
