----- SECTION A: POSTING 1. Do not use bad language in your posts, censor any offensive words in your post. 2. Do not use language that is offensive to anyone in any form. 3. Do not link to another forum from this one. The only Forum Link that is allowed is that to Neoseeker. 4. Do not make any small posts that are made just to boost your post count. 5. Do not make any thread that already exists in the board. Check the index if neccessary. 6. Do not memberate. Provide a link if a duplicate thread is made if neccessary, but don't demand any thread to be closed, or open a new thread if it reaches the 30 page mark. 7. Do not post off-topic. Read the topic title and last post and make a relevant post. If needed make a new thread to show your post. 8. Do not double post. You can edit your post by clicking the icon on the top right of your post (not applicable to guests). 9. Do not post any inappropriate thread titles. Make them short and easy to understand. ----- SECTION B: PROFILE 1. Do not use any offensive language or content in your profile. 2. Do not link to any other forum. Linking to other websites, however, is allowed. ----- SECTION C: PERSONAL MESSAGING 1. Do not pester other members about your own websites or ideas. You can freely talk about websites on the board. 2. Do not abuse another forum member, or to cause offence. 3. Do not use Personal Messaging as a source of transferring confidential information. ----- SECTION D: MODERATORS If appointed Moderator for any forum, forum members shall not abuse this position. They must abide by the following rules: 1. If an administrator requests a job to be done, you must do this how he/she describes, not how you want it. 2. You must not deliberately ban members just because you dont like them. 3. Do not make unpopular threads sticky. 4. Do not argue with the admin's decisions. His decision is final. Moderator Responsibilities: 1. Monitor threads and forums for spamming, flaming, offensive language, incomplete posts, posting errors and off topic discussions. 2. Close any inappropriate threads or those that are relevant to discussions elsewhere (in this case provide a link to the discussion elsewhere) 3. Delete irrelevant, offensive threads and posts. Remember as a moderator you must set a perfect example to other members, and provide help if neccessary.
