The best part is where you equip things, they actually show up on the character. Even earrings show up on their ears! AMAZING!

You guys don't know what your missing.

You have to check it out.

But be warned of the following things:

1: The battles get a little repetitive, but the plot makes up for that.
2: You fight with Arts moves. Meaning you press D-Pad buttons in an order to make a move. Example, Up, Down, Up makes Vahn (The first character) use Sommersault Attack.
3: There are only three characters to play as. If there were any more, it would get annoying.
4: Print out a guide for learning Arts Moves at Gamefaqs.com. It'll help, trust me.
5: Each character has a Ra-Seru. Meaning they can absorb powers of another creature, but only if it has an element symbol next to it's name. To do this, just attack the enemy and once it is KOed, it might be absorbed. If it is, you'll know it is if it shimmers and dissapeares, you can summon it.

Recomendations for absorbing elemental creatures, a.k.a. Seru.

1: Make sure to kill them with Arts moves. Don't just attack with the Ra-Seru, hoping to absorb it that way.
2: Make sure they each get Light element Seru. Usually, they heal HP.
3: Vahn has a Fire Ra-Seru, Noa has a Wind Ra-Seru, and Gala has a Lightning Ra- Seru. If Vahn absorbs a Fire Seru, it'll be more powerfull to him than it will be for say, Noa. Same goes for the other people.
4: Make sure each character still gets a fair ammount of Seru Summons, even if Noa has a fire one, or Gala has a wind one, or Vahn has a dark one. Just make sure to have plenty of seru for battle, if you're tired of using Arts moves.

I read a review on it. Think I'm going to buy it. It sounds like a really fun game. The story line soungs great too!

God created the heavens, the earth, and the seas. After creating all things in
the universe, god created humans to rule over the world. Yet, while possessing
the wisdom of god, humans were physically weaker than the wild beasts, and
impulsive in spirit. Many times did the humans come close to dying out forever.
Concerned about the human's future, god gave them a mighty force with which to
aid them. It was the Seru.

Since the dawn of human memory, known as history, humans lived together with
creatures known as the Seru. The Seru lived together with humans, always
obeying them, and making the humans many times stronger than before. When not
worn by a human, a Seru looks much like a stone figure. However... Upon
touching a human, a Seru changes object and gives their human secret abilities.
With a Seru, a human can lift extremely heavy objects and even fly in the air.
However, that era came to an end.

Appearing from out of nowhere, the Mist covered the land, bringing to an end
the world of prosperous symbiosis between humans, rebelled against them. The
Seru began attacking humans at will. Seru that attached themselves to humans
controlled their minds and turned them into evil beasts.

As if forsaken by god, human civilization collapsed. It was the twilight of
humanity. Those who escaped the Mist inhabited the desolate areas and protected
each other. Now, their faint hope is their only source of inspiration.

Just so your know, this game has an emphasis on Leveling Up.

So be prepared to wander around aimlessly, untill a random battle pops up, and gain that exp.
Otherwise, you'll be healing every other round.

Still, this is the greatest game ive ever played. Even above FF. It was my first real RPG, I guess thats why i hold it in so much esteam.

Just for the love of God, Budah, Allah, or whoever you may worship, (God for me) don't even THINK about TOUCHING Legaia 2: Duel Saga. Five lame characters, no plot, no showing armors when equiped, and worst of all, NO SERU!!!!!! It has absolutly NOTHING relating to Legaia 1, except the Arts moves, which are basically the same as they were in the first one.

DON'T BUY IT! It may seem like a good game at first, but than if screws you out of twenty-five bucks. Or the equivilent for wherever you may come from.

I, for one, perfer Final Fantasy VII.

I love Legend of Legaia. I leveled Noah to lv 99 just to use that purple clothes and that circlet without being killed, they looked so cool!
